The Golden Ticket Theatre is a fantastic movie theater that offers an exceptional movie-going experience. One of the things that stood out to me the most during my visit was how comfortable the reclining chairs were. They were so cozy and made the movie even more enjoyable.

Buying tickets online was also incredibly convenient. It made the whole process of getting into the theater so much easier and faster. I didn't have to wait in any lines, and it was just a breeze overall.

But what really impressed me was the staff's helpfulness when my daughter forgot her cellphone at the theater. They went above and beyond to help us locate it and were so kind to let us back in to pick it up. It's great to see such fantastic customer service in action.

Finally, the self-serve popcorn butter and soda was a nice touch. It's always great to have some snacks to enjoy during the movie, and the self-serve option made it easy to get exactly what we wanted.

Went to see a movie Saturday and escape the 100* heat. There was no ice in the ice machines and when I asked about this, the worker said I might have to un-jam by sticking my hand up it… not that they would try to fix it…. But to use MY hand. I took my overpriced warm pop into the theater to find it still trashed from the last showing. No one had cleaned or removed trash, floors were really sticky, and we had to wipe down our own seats. The chairs were nice but we sure didn’t enjoy sticking to them due to the A/C either not being on or broken. It had to of been above 85* in there by the end of the movie. The AC was working in the bathroom but it was dirty and all the trash cans were over flowing.

Went to a movie on 6/19/22. The service at the counter was not that great. The ice machines had no ice. Went to counter and asked if there was more ice and they were completely out. The pop was flat. The movie was great and the seats were comfortable after I cleaned out all 4 seats of trash.The floor was sticky and had food and drinks down my whole aisle. Im sure the floor looked better about 20 minutes into the movie from the amount of sweat pooling off the chairs and on to the floor because they didn’t have the air on.
