Juice Stop — Restaurant in Kearney

My husband and I frequent this location quite often once we finish a workout at Planet Fitness and usually everything is great. However, this time was TERRIBLE! No one said hello, 5-7 minutes pass and the lady with the septum piercing finally says “will be with you in a moment”. The moment is followed by another 3-5 minute wait. Once we order, she then expresses how it will be “a while” for her to complete our order…we ordered 2 smoothies and 1 bowl. No one was inside or in the drive through. Confused by the hold up, I give my husband a look and he takes me to the car. I’ve been waiting for my husband to return for at least 25 minutes now. Not sure what’s the hold up but not really enjoying this experience. I’m open to returning but if this continues, I’ll stop and tell my friends and family to not waste their time. Who has 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for 2 smoothies. I’d leave but my husband is patient and needs fuel for work (we own a business), so he is okay...

Oh my gosh this place is so yummy!! If you like smoothies, fruit, freshness, and more then you need to go here asap!! Sadly I was just passing through but I totally wish my hometown had one but then I’d probably be broke lol. The workers of the drive through were so sweet and patient with us since we didn’t fully know what to get and when I asked about adding peaches, she was super nice and told us that sure they can if that’s what we want. I’m highly grateful to workers that are helpful and patient! My mom adores her juice! She got cucumber as the base juice and added lemon, kale, and orange juice. I’m not usually a greens fan but even I liked it! I got a smoothie called Grand Slam and it has orange juice, yogurt, bananas, and strawberries though I added peaches as well. Uncontrolled portions. One day, I will come there and get an açaí bowl and it will be full, and the next day it will be half full and I only get half of what I pay for. Quite irritating considering I come here 2-3 times a week and spend around $400 a month here. The staff are unwelcoming and make you feel like you are inconvenience when you’re ordering— as well as the fact that these young women in totality lack common decency.
