Panda Express — Restaurant in Kearney

On vacation so driving through Nebraska; put in an online order thirty minutes from pickup so the teenagers running the store had plenty of time to count the numbers of items I ordered and ensure that the order was correct. As I’m driving off and about 15 miles down the road to Omaha, sure enough my wife starts searching the boxes for the items she thinks they shorted us on. All in told, yeah it’s only five bucks worth of stuff that’s missing but in my line of work, if I forget 5000 lbs of fuel in the plane, then people die. Ordered for pickup. It was ready but once I got it home opened up the packages it was either really old and dried out or not finished. Orange chicken is supposed to have sauce on it there was no orange sauce at all and extremely tasteless. The fried rice was the same it was partially undo with crunchy rice pieces in it and missing the soy sauce that's supposed to be in it. I also got a small chicken teriyaki. The sauce came in a packet. The chicken I bought for my dog so he's the only one who enjoyed that meal. But I will not be returning to this Panda Express. Horrible food for what you have to pay. Arrived right before 5 pm. There should of been full hot food ready to go for dinner rush. Instead the line is almost empty and what was there was cold. Ordered the noodles, broccoli beef and orange chicken. Figured since the noodles and broccoli beef were cooking it would be good. Boy was I wrong. The noodles were like eating a rubber rope and had an awful “fuel” smell. The broccoli had just been warmed up no way To chew it. All in all, as a restaurant manager I wouldn’t of served any of this food to a guest!! Service was ok. Nothing spectacular nothing great! Save yourself time, money and energy and don’t bother...
