This all started approximately March of 2021. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a product. I purchased a scratch and dent fridge. VK stated that it had full 1 year warranty parts and labor. After 7-8 service calls, the fridge had a part they did not want to replace, not a good warranty. Geoff offered to exchange my fridge for the same scratch and dent model but wanted to charge me $250 dollars more. That didn't make sense to me. I inquired could I purchase a new model, not a scratch and dent, and pay the difference. He agreed and I purchased a brand new Frigidaire. Upon deliver the doors on the fridge were mismatched. This was communicated to Geoff and he stated that he would have to email his Frigidaire representative. This was in Mid December 2021. I received no communication or updates from Geoff. I finally contacted Frigidaire directly online and got the door ordered. It is now May 2022 and I have my matching doors, finally. Geoff did nothing, CJ did nothing. Working with Geoff and CJ was very difficult. I Would not recommend VK to anyone. Even the Frigidaire corporate issues service orders to another company. BUYER BEWARE, if something goes wrong that requires a major fix, most likely you will be doing all the work to have the situation resolved. If I could, I would give them a -5 for service after the sale. * WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM VIDEO KINGDOM*

Second, you and your rep did not order the door. I did online with Frigidaire direct. The only reason you knew is you received an shipping email.
