Hello Beautiful Bridal & Formal Wear — Local services in Kearney

I really wanted to like this place, but it was so frustrating to work with them. My fiance had rented his tux there for a friends wedding and had a good experience so we thought we'd use them for ours. While they do advertise formal wear, we definitely felt like they care more about the bridal aspect than the tuxes and formal wear. It seemed like an inconvenience to them that we were trying to pick up at another location. We are having an out of state wedding and the tux orders were supposed to be sent to IL. I was told I would get a confirmation call once they verified they IL store received it, and I never got a phone call. I gave it a bit over 2 weeks only to call and find out that the tuxedo order was never sent from tip top tux. While I can't completely fault the shop, they never called and had I not followed up, I'm not sure my order would have ever made it over. It was definitely not high on their priority list to follow up on. When I called and was told it could take a bit for the order to be transferred over. I have less than 2 months to my wedding and don't have "a bit" for the tux company to try and follow through with my order, so I ended up cancelling and going elsewhere. I went to 5 or 6 different stores with no real contenders for my wedding dress before I walked into Hello Beautiful. It was by far the most welcoming place. Megan and Jenna are fantastic and I'm super jealous of their relationship as sisters! They are SO knowledgeable and helpful. I found not one but TWO dresses that I fell in love with! How did I decide? TAKE PHOTOS and compare that way because the pictures are what you'll see of the wedding for the rest of your life. So I found the dress, ordered it, then took it to our family seamstress, and tada! I got married in a gorgeous dress!! Back to Megan and Jenna... these gals know their stuff! Be honest with your concerns and what you want and they will give you a solution! I highly recommend their shop and I'm a little sad that after I get my dress preserved I won't see...

I think I walked into this place and tried on dresses 15 times! I loved all their dresses. I had looked months for a dress and went to many different stores....but even though I went to Hello Beautiful Bridal 15 times they never ignored me and were there 100% of the time to help with anything and everything I needed! They answered every question I had and they could tell me everything about each dress I tried on. This was soooooo helpful when choosing the perfect dress. When choosing a place to find your perfect dress you need to go to Hello Beautiful! I could go on and on about how great my experience was, but all you need to know is that they are there for YOU!
