I ordered a full tray of seafood chaufan at around 2 pm to be ready by 8pm, they told me it would be $120 for the seafood chaufan and that it would be ready by 7:40pm. When i arrived at 8pm they never had my order ready they told me they called me which was clearly a lie. Then they told me to wait 10 mins, within those 10 minutes they charged me $120 for the rice. 25 minutes went by and they still didnt have my order ready. The lady working there then told me they could deliver my order so that i wouldn't have to wait. I gave her the address and the rice arrived at 9:45 pm. Almost 2 hours later. Then on top of everything that had already gone wrong they gave me a full tray of chicken chaufan but charged me for a seafood chaufan. At this point I was extremely frustrated and decided to call the store. The lady then lied to me once again and told me that i had ordered chicken even though she had read the order back to me to confirm that I wanted seafood. Then they told me there was nothing they could do because they were closed already, so they couldnt refund the difference between the seafood rice and the chicken. The only solution they gave me was to come back the next day and pick up another tray by 2pm. So I explain to them that I was at a Friendsgiving event and that I didnt need another tray of rice at 2pm. This will be my last time ordering from this restaurant and I dont recommend anyone order...
   Read moreThe lady at the front was horrible to my mother. Even other customers stepped in to support her. We called ahead of time to ask for the food to be put in separate containers because the lomo saltado becomes mush and dry when itâs all mixed. So instead we brought our own container and the lady kept my mom standing there for half an hour and then decided to give my mother an attitude. I donât know what kind of restaurant doesnât want to put their best foot forward and show that they care about the customer. The lady was also rude on the phone prior and sheâs new to the restaurant but we will not be returning we have gone there for years. When a customer wants separate containers you donât say â we donât do that hereâ itâs rude. Itâs also funny how other people had to step in to support my mom and at the end of the day the food was cold. Donât go here itâs not the same place anymore. Itâs so rude.
I would like to thank the delivery guy who actually stepped up and helped my mom into getting a different container so then we would not have mush for food but honestly it's really not worth the hassle of going back. It's a negative environment. Hire better people, keep consistent with your food portions, Better customer service, when your front desk person is negative to begin with how do you think your business is...
   Read moreThe food is really good. The girls are kind and attentive, just too many for a small place. For me personally, I might never eat in there, just for take out. The problem is that the place is really small and so there is not enough space to attend the customer and for the employers to move with liberty. They should look into keep the place cleaner and fog free. Their display with the desserts is full of water on the glass because it is too hot in the place. Since, they do have a really good flow of customers, I think that the owners should see into make the place more efficient for comfort. It will be a great investment since they do have a really good flow of customers. They have an air-conditioning unit on entrance door, when you come into the store, dripping water outside, from almost all its sides to the front mat, you have to try to avoid to get it on you. It makes seem the place not well kept. Sad because they could make the place better not only for the customers but also for their workers.
