I do not recommend buying furniture from this place. My experience purchasing a bedroom set has been awful. When I placed my order and paid half, I was told the items would be in stock within a couple of weeks. I asked them to call me so I could pay the rest and schedule delivery, but they never did. I had to keep following up until they finally said it was ready. Then, when I went to pay, they suddenly informed me that the nightstand would take longer. I tried to be patient and agreed, as long as it didn’t take too long. The next day, two items were delivered, but the dresser didn’t fit through the last part of my entryway. I called the store for a solution, but the manager was rude and unhelpful, insisting on a 40% penalty fee instead of working with me. Even after my cousin spoke to them, they wouldn’t budge. In the end, I had to exchange it for another piece that cost less and not getting refund. On top of that, the bed frame arrived with a big scratch, but I let it go to avoid more hassle. This was back in mid-December. The nightstand was supposed to arrive by the end of January at the latest, YET I’m still calling for updates. Every time, I have to give my information again, only to be told that no one knows about my order.
