I was very excited to try this. I had been wanting to do it for a long time. A friend of mine went to true rest recently and she said it was a life changing experience. Well, on July 23rd her and I went to true rest for her second time and my first. The employee that "helped" us was terrible. There is a video you are supposed to watch before going into your pod. The video tells you about the different benefits, offers different positions for comfort and so on. Well, I never got to watch the video. The employee took my friend's music choice and only let you choose one, asked me what music I wanted to listen to without telling me any of the options and then took us back to our rooms. She took me to my room, told me to shower before hand and obviously after and if I had any wounds to cover them with the petroleum jelly they provided. She then pointed into the pod and said that button is for the lights and that button is an intercom to me. She then left. I followed the instructions given and got into the pod. I was not informed that if/when you get the salt water into your eyes, you are supposed to completely saturate your eyes with the provided spray bottle and then towel your face dry. So, needless to say I got salt water in my eyes and since I wasn't instructed I ended up getting completely out of the pod and going to rinse my face in the shower. while doing this I noticed something I hadn't noticed before entering the pod that made me sick to my stomach. We were told that after each guest, each pod is drained, sanitized and refilled. Well, I don't think that happened before me. What had caught my attention, someone else's underwear was hanging off the hook on the back of the room door. after I saw that I just finished showering, got dressed and left the room. The shower still didn't feel like enough. I had only been in the pod about 20 minutes at this time. I went to the after room to wait for my friend. I was in that room for 40 minutes. I wasn't exactly being quiet while in there so could definitely be heard from the lobby. The employee never came back to check though. My friend got out and joined me after her hour. then the employee came in to offer the oxygen therapy. My friend's experience wasn't as disgusting as mine was, but she found someone else's hair floating in her pod. the employee then told us that she was going to go and clean our rooms, was gone less that 10 minutes before returning to the front lobby. I did inform the employee that I had gotten out early and told her that someone else's underwear was hanging off of the door in that room and her only response was an uninterested, "Oh really?" before walking away. A simple apology would have gone a long way to help the situation but I guess those two whole words were just too much of a bother. I found the entire experience underwhelming, disappointing, disgusting, and instead of leaving relaxed and calm, my anxiety shot through the roof, I left more anxious and stressed that when I went in and couldn't wait to get home to scrub myself down in...
Read moreTrue REST Float Spa has quickly become one of our favorite places for relaxation and restoration. We've floated three times so far, and each visit has left us feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene the moment you walk in—it's clear that every detail is designed to promote calm and comfort.
Jeff is a standout—his knowledge about float therapy is impressive, and he's incredibly kind and accommodating. He takes the time to make sure you're comfortable, whether it's your first float or your tenth.
Beyond the float pods, we really appreciate the extra amenities that make the experience even more special. The massage chairs are a great way to ease into or out of your session, and the oxygen bar adds an energizing touch that we didn’t know we needed until we tried it.
Everything is spotless, which helps you fully relax without a second thought. The value here is fantastic considering the quality of service and the real benefits we’ve noticed—better sleep, reduced stress, and overall mental clarity.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their well-being. True REST is truly...
Read moreI would say never use this location but since apparently they up and closed with no notice to anyone, not even people with appointments. You found out by showing up for my appointment and the location has been closed for weeks (big sign in the lobby you could see from the locked door). No idea if it is temporary, forever, no information. The online system still books appointments for this location, but no good, they are closed. My biggest issue is I had a paused membership, and still had 3 available vouchers for floats. Those are gone now and can't use them since they are closed. Waste of money. No idea why they closed and didn't tell anyone, but they basically slipped away into the night with everyone's money and closed. I reached out to corporate from their website, but they have chosen to not respond either. Just a bunch of crooks to be honest. Not a good company with ANY customer service skills from the Keene branch to corporate. Which is sad. Previous to all this happening, I had used them for a few years and didn't have...
