Do NOT do business here. I was quoted $2850 on a 18k 56.2gram diamond cut chain tested weighed and authenticated by William. Spot price at the moment of the quote was $2361. A week later spot price rose to $2383 and William stated he would do $2880 for the same chain. I go in to turn in the chain right after we spoke on the phone. When I walk in the older man asked if I needed help and I said I was waiting for William who had just stepped to the back as I walked in. He said are you the guy with the gold chain I said yes. He said “no problem I’ll take care of you” first thing he does is reach for his magnet before even looking at it and puts the magnet right on the clasp and says “oh no this isn’t real” when I immediate tell him it is and that William himself tested it he insinuated that the chain could possibly not be legit and so he couldn’t purchase it. Every single chain on planet earth that has a lobster clasp. William tested it with a test kit comprised of liquids and sanding of the chain itself. I go down the street to another gold location and the owner says that this is normal for the clasp to magnetize that most likely he didn’t want to buy it at the price he quoted because he didn’t want to risk losing anything before he flipped it to the gold scrap vendors because the chain was obviously real.
Honestly a business owner has the right to not do business and I have no problem with that. However a consumers trust is everything in this industry and what this individual did is something a charlatan would do! First off if your subordinate offered too much then you shouldn’t have him quoting and secondly if you don’t want to buy after it was quoted then don’t insinuate something isn’t real to skate your way out of what you already told a costumer. Who in their right mind would trust this man selling used Rolex and gold chains. Stay away folks not worth getting scammed with your hard earned money. If you’ll do this then you’ll do whatever tactic to make a penny off someone. Shame on you and don’t bother responding to this to save face. What happened...
Read moreTop notch jeweler in Fort Worth area. Have used GW jeweler services twice now - watch repair on an Omega watch, and ring setting evaluation and adjustments. Today took my wife's wedding ring set that two other major jewelers would have had to send out for 2+weeks to unknown techs. GW has a master jeweler ON PREMISES who cleaned the rings, polished them and adjusted the settings in less than 15 minutes at no charge! Don't be fooled by the former major jeweler names in Fort Worth. These guys are the...

Also, the outside doesn’t look like a place I’d normally stop by but boy am I...
