Griff's Gifts — Local services in Keller

This is my number 1 local card shop hands down!!! Katy the manager has always went above and beyond for me. If you're looking to get store credit or sell your Pokemon cards and looking to buy singles they have the best selection then this is the place to go. And it's and it's very frustrating when you try to go to a card shop and most of the other places are too picky about what cars they buy from you but a griffs they always try to help you best they can. Recently they've had to get a little selective on what they take in because they have so many singles to choose from and from modern to vintage Pokemon cards and they even have a nice little selection of sports cards too. And unlike the rest of the local car shops that I've been to they will take japanese cards as well and that definitely separates them from the rest yes there are other places that take japanese cards but the other ones in my area don't even want to have a look at them even the rare ones and it's unfortunate because the Japanese cards are always better quality and easier to grades so if you're looking to get a single and have your car not off-centered I would definitely go check their Japanese singles out. The owner Kumar has done an excellent job with the store and they always have a ton of Legos and all kinds of other little gifts and stuff like...

I had a great experience overall, and the customer service was excellent. The lady at the counter was an absolute sweetheart and made the experience enjoyable. She was very helpful as I browsed through their bulk Pokémon cards.

However, I did have some concerns after our conversation. When I inquired about whether they’d be receiving newer Pokémon packs like Prismatic or Journey Together, she mentioned something along the lines of, “I was close to the vending machine in Southlake—I should have stopped and stocked up before it sells out.”

This comment made me question whether some of their Pokémon products are sourced from vending machines and then resold in-store. If that’s the case, it raises concerns about scalping, which I personally cannot support. Additionally, I noticed that Surging Sparks packs were priced at nearly $13, which is significantly above the current market rate. It made me wonder about the sourcing and pricing of other sealed products.

I’m sharing this feedback in hopes of promoting transparency and fair pricing. I genuinely enjoyed the interaction and would love to continue supporting this store if these concerns...

I love this store so much! They have Legos, Harry Potter stuff, Star Wars stuff, Crocheted Stuffies, Bath bombs/soaps, Jewelry, souvenirs, retro candy/drinks, Baby books, Gag gifts, Retro legos, Lego figurines, Candles Pokemon cards, Texas/DFW trinkets. The employees are so kind and talkative, and love to help, I have never had a bad experience here, I had been looking at Harry Potter things and an employee walked up to me and after asking if I was finding everything ok, he asked what my favorite character is (I am very shy/introverted) and after I said it he said "REALLY?!
