I am updating my complaint regarding Lemontree Hair Salon.

My original complaint was focused on concerns about their procedures, even though the owner stated in her response on Google that none of my claims were accurate.

All of the details I included in my original complaint are accurate and documented. I wanted to confirm that the owner did indeed speak with me after i called the phone number provided on her statement, not agreeing on my concern. I did not receive an apology or confirmation that my concerns were valid, but I appreciate that at least she was willing to address the problem by fixing my haircut herself at a convenient time.

But after careful consideration, I have decided to decline the proposed resolution.

Overall, as the owner of the establishment, I recognize she made a commendable effort to handle the situation appropriately

I had a recent appointment at this salon for a wash, cut, and style. My hair was not washed prior to the cut; instead, it was simply sprayed with water. I was informed that my hair would be washed after the cut to ensure evenness. Initially, the result appeared satisfactory. However, after washing my hair at home, I was disappointed to find that the haircut was unprofessional and uneven.

While I believe the reviews may not fully reflect the experience, I do feel that this salon is suitable for children and men's styles. For more complex or short hairstyles for women, particularly pixie cuts, I think the staff may lack the necessary training and proper tools. During a follow-up visit to observe the stylists, I overheard a stylist mentioning she owned only one pair of scissors and was unable to perform a pointed cut.

I respectfully urge management to address these concerns and ensure staff are adequately trained and equipped. It is not appropriate to charge between $65 and $85 or more for services that do not meet professional standards. I was currently waiting for my hair to grow out so I could have it properly fixed in the future. And I think it is rady.

Please, management, take care of this problem. Other than this, the place was very clean. I hope this problem will be properly fixed.

I had a wonderful experience at Lemon Tree Hair Salons in Keller, Texas! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The salon itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to relax.

Not only did I have a fantastic haircut, but my two children also had a similar positive experience. The stylists were incredibly patient and kind with them, making sure they felt comfortable and excited about their new haircuts. It was clear that the staff are skilled in working with kids, which made it a stress-free experience for all of us.

A special thanks to our wonderful stylists: Teresa O. for my haircut, and Cathryn D. and Jaiden A. for taking such great care of my children. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness made the experience enjoyable for everyone.

The service was top-notch, and the quality of the products used was excellent. We all left the salon feeling refreshed and happy with our new looks. The prices are reasonable, and the service is worth every penny.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter at the same time with two stylists. They overbooked themselves and changed our appointments without notifying us. The only reason I knew was because I got an email (a call would have been much better). I rescheduled the appointments and when we got there the manager Theresa did my cut. I explained to her that I am very low maintenance and needed a trim with layers. I specifically said I don’t style my hair and don’t want to start. She then proceeded to pressure me into “low maintenance” curtain bangs and when I told her I wanted to let it air dry she insisted she needed to blow it out to make sure the cut was right. I left with a nicely styled blowout and curtain bangs that looked lovely until I washed my hair and let it dry naturally. The cut is choppy and uneven and requires 30 minutes of styling to look decent. I’m now stuck wearing my hair up until this grows out because she ignored what I asked for. Won’t...
