IHOP — Restaurant in Keller

Edit: Restaurant called me (after we contacted them on the provided email/site) , said (insisted) I got my name wrong, called me Sonia (totally off), claimed they isolated my family because there was just one person and a manager—doesn't make sense! Did not explain the waiter behavior at all! They offered free food but no apology. We won't be going back to this IHOP! And I would advise for you to do the same, stay away from this location!

Unpleasant Visit to IHOP - Rufe Snow Location 😞

My family and I had a disappointing experience at IHOP on Rufe Snow tonight around 7 PM. The server, an older lady with red hair, made things awkward from the start.

First, she put us in a corner just because we had kids, and then she handed us our drinks and food instead of putting them on the table. On top of that, she was on her phone a lot, even going outside for calls.

The frustration continued as we had to bug her for refills, water, and to get her attention for ordering. To make matters worse, we found dark black spots (spoiled) on the broccoli in one of the plates – definitely not appetizing.

Adding to the letdown, the floor was really dirty, and the tables and booths weren't much cleaner either. It was an all-around disappointing visit.

On our way out, we saw her being super nice to another couple, which just made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I have never had a bad experience at a IHOP until now. The location @ 700 N Tarrant Pkwy suite 108, Keller, TX 76248 had slow service (45 mins to get our order). Then when we recieved out meals, the blueberry pancakes were not eatable. The blueberries were dumped in the cenert of the pancake and no pankcake dough around them. It was just a blueberry hole about 1/2 of the pancake. Had to send them back. The replacement pancakes came out and there were no blueberries in the pancake but just raw blueberries rolling off the top of the pancakes. Had a talk withbthe manager and she said she would make it right. The 3rd set of pancakes were done well. No holes and they were full pancakes with blueberries throughout. Next we order some to go breakfeasts for our daughter and grandchildren. We were waiting for the waitress to bring it out and take our payment. We waited for 40 minutes and I finially had to get someone else to find out what was going on. The waitress finially came out and said she did not know what was going on and went to find out. A few minutes later she came back and said it was made and was at the waiting at the "TO GO" bin. It was cold by now and I asked for the manager again. She refused to come and talk to us. She also would not comp us for taking so lone and all the issues we had. She was not professional at all. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS IHOP AT ALL. RUN AWAY. This place is not living up to the high standards IHOP is known for. The manager needs more training on how to work...

Absolutely the worst I have ever had at an ihop! 7 customers in restaurant when we arrived. Have creations to grandkids but no color pages, was told I will bring some blank paper. Waitress took everyone’s, but mine, order , took the menus turned to walk away and then turned around and said “OH AND FOR YOU MA’AM?” Brought out our coffee and grandkids drinks. This was at 5:40pm. 5:55pm asked for more coffee. 6:10pm coffee arrived. 6:23pm food arrived!!!

Pancakes cold and hard. Hamburger cold, fries seriously over cooked. BLT had soggy tomatoes with stem end. Bread was so hard the toothpick in it broke the bread. Lettuce wilted. And pancakes cold and hard. Asked for extra bacon and was charged for it but it was not in there.

Asked for manager and the waitress said she was the manager….😳!!!

Well Claudia is the worst manager I have ever seen!!! She tried to explain to me that is how it always is, the toast is toast! I explained this toast could be used as a brick bat!!! Told her the pancakes were hard and cold , she just looked at me. Said this is standard ihop standards… Ummmm no it isn’t! Told me I can go to any ihope and it will be all the same.

She took my meal off receipt but that was it.

She is very rude and very unprofessional. We will not be going back to this location. Severely under staffed. Dirty tables everywhere. Slow service.
