My wife, son, and I were anxious to try Swig for the first time since moving from Washington state. We planned to ride our electric bikes and grab a nice treat for ourselves at 2021 Rufe Snow Dr, Keller, TX 76248 on September 21st, 2024, around 2:45 p.m. When my wife arrived at the location she noticed there was no walk up window or store entrance, so she rode her bike through the drive through (there were NO motor vehicles waiting in line). As my wife scanned the menu board, a young man came out with his tablet in hand to take her order but stopped abruptly. The young man told my wife that he wouldnāt serve her because she was not in a vehicle. āWe only serve cars,ā he said flatly. My wife double checked with the boy to confirm there was no walk up or store entrance, to which the boy simply replied āno, we only serve cars.ā My wife took another brief scan at the empty line, confused why she was being denied service and with a last ditch hope to order three sodas for our family told the boy āwe just rode 25 minutes to get here.ā The boy simply replied āsorry.ā
If we had walked on our own two feet through a congested drive though full of motor vehicles, I might say this company would have a leg to stand on. However, we were shocked to be denied service on our two wheels in an empty line. I think that this naive boy representing the company failed to understand was that there are many people who not only utilize bicycles recreationally, but rely on them for transportation. While I cannot confirm all Swig locations operate this way, evidently at this location, you must be privileged enough to own a vehicle to have a soda. Nice way to discriminate against your customers Swig šš½. We still hope to try these sodas someday; however, the disrespect we received at your establishment will be...

The girl at the window asked my name for the order 3 times as she was distracted by her coworkers inside. I could hear them fooling around, sounding like they also didn't know how to make the drinks, laughing and were taking a long time. There were also 4 cars behind me waiting. I ordered a pretty in pink with sparkling water. They made my drink very wrong because there was no guava juice and it tasted overall terrible. There was only a tiny bit of grapefruit juice in it with sparkling water and on top of all that they put an orange iny drink with the fruit sticker still on it! So I don't even know if these ladies even washed the fruit. Overall I don't think I will be back to this location I will continue to go to the...

Went last night and found this, after I finished my drink. Never ever coming here again. Iāve gone to the hurst location and they make drinks way better than this location. This is disgusting and as I read reviews I see them doing things to their fruit is common. I wouldnāt return if I were anyone and on top of that, Iām going to contact the health and food department as well as sending this off to a poison poison control. The people who work there are nasty. I was also able to scrape it off with my nail but I have no idea what that black stuff is. Workers are disgusting. Will never return and Iām calling the city....
