Five Stars to Kroger's Floral Department for an Unforgettable Duck-tacular Adventure!
Who knew a lost bet could lead to such a delightful experience at Kroger's floral department? My brother Mitch, clad in a vibrant Donald Duck costume complete with a bright blue sailor shirt, a red bowtie, and yellow webbed feet, and who can not laugh at those yellow tights, was the star of the show. He was tasked with purchasing balloons, and Kroger's team made it an epic adventure. Making sure everyone knew he was there and to tease him about how embarrassing he looked! LOL
The staff's commitment to customer engagement shone brightly as they announced Mitch over the intercom, inviting everyone to partake in the laughter and joy his appearance brought to the store. They didn't just stop there; they ensured Mitch took a whimsical walk throughout the store, parading his feathery attire and heart-shaped balloons with a good-natured spirit that had everyone chuckling.
The sight was nothing short of a spectacle — the sheer size of the red balloons Mitch carried, matched only by his oversized duck feet, made for a comical and heartwarming scene. It's not every day you see such a sight, and it was clear that Mitch enjoyed every moment of his duck march.

Read moreThis Bakery has some issues with following directions and providing the correct cake and decoration. We have ordered two birthday cakes since April, both incorrect!
The cake in April - ordered 1/2 sheet and was presented with a 1/8. Was to say Happy Birthday GG on the cake---nothing was written on it at all. They had -the one out of the case and to give to us as our order. Cake was redone and flowers looked like blobs of frosting - apparently - employees do not have a work ethic and care about the work the present.
Cake ordered in July - while cake with raspberry filling in the middle. When cake was presented - it said Vanilla - I specifically asked before I left with the cake if it had the raspberry filling and was told YES, by the same person I ordered the cake from in person the day before. Guess what? Cut into and WRONG CAKE was provided!
We will NEVER order from this store again for any special occasion. Bakery employees who take the cake orders and the decorators should be placed on probation. If they don't improve - they are GONE.
Businesses that continue to allow substandard service will continue to lose business from patrons!

Watch out consumers. This Kroger is demonstrating the worst case of Billing Fraud. You have to be extra carefull when checking out, to make sure, your purchase billed are correct.
I had multiple experiences at this location, where the Cashier Person billed me , more than what it appeared in the Purchased Item. So far two methods of fraudulant activity are observed.
Double Billing . : More than two times, at this very same Kroger, I was Double Billed for the Item i purchased, which , i cant belive is accidental.
Billing More amount that the displayed MRP : Some items , which you would see as "On sale " would be SOLD to you for the prices, 4-5 dollars higher than , the "On sale " price. ( This occasion, i tried to bring this to the attention to the Cashier, and she , was extremly reluctant to correct the issue, and gave me a bunch of excuses, why " the mistaken was comitted " . it took me an extra 1/2 an hour to "fix" the Billing issue finally.
I am very Upset and would like to urge every Customer, to Double Check their Receipt, before exiting the Shop.
