Terrace on the Creek Salon and Day Spa — Local services in Keller

My husband, daughter, and I came in last weekend hoping to get a haircut for my husband before he started his new job. (He greatly needed it as the hair band days are over with). Mrs. Raynell asked if she could help us and I told her that we are looking for someone to cut my husband's hair. (She looked like she was actually closing up so I hesitated on asking to be honest.) She said I can get him in here. I said oh great ok. So she brought us back, even got me a chair so I didn't have to stand up the whole time (my daughter took the other chair lol) and she cut my husband's hair and it looks awesome! Nobody has been able to cut his hair that good in quite some time. I love his hair cut like this. It's not just incredibly short and not just too long. It's like like the Keanu Reaves hair just on my husband. Lol Mrs Raynell was absolutely wonderful to us and a blessing to us. We went to 4 or 5 other places to get his hair cut and they either couldn't do it or had a 2 hour wait. And she said yes immediately. Thank you Raynell. I will hopefully be by soon to get that purple hair done from the bet I lost. Lol...

The place is clean and super inviting but my experiences with Tiffany is why I gave it 3 stars. She's friendly but when I had my two appointments with her she was late not by couple minutes but like 15-30 minutes. First time she was chatting away with her client despite looking at me sitting there. Another time she wasn't at the salon and she was like 30 min late. Even though she said make myself comfortable but since it was the second time I thought it was odd. She had a nonchalant attitude about the lateness. The first time she cut my hair it was great the second time not so much. When I came home I notice a chunk was missing and I think it was bc she had her next client in there and they were chatting away. I've been visiting this salon for a few years now, exclusively to see Maria Yeager. Maria is incredibly talented with everything she does. I've had various services (extensions, balayage, foil highlights, color, hair treatments, haircuts, etc.), and am constantly impressed by the quality of service received. Maria is very good at color matching, color correcting, blonde, blending and honestly anything color related. She can get you exactly where you want to be, and is very careful about protecting the integrity of your hair. I've also added lace extensions this past year...no regrets!
