Update: saw Live80 last night. Great night and no cover! Awesome fun. Back open again! This was our first time back since it has reopened and we went to see Metal Shop with some friends. It looks like they had the muddy parking lot section fenced off like they were going to doing something with it (hopefully pave it). Metal shop was on the indoor stage I guess so they can control the crowd and also charge cover. We were charged 10 bucks a person but the drinks were more reasonably priced this time. Love that the lead singer from Live80 did a guest appearance and sang one song. The crowd was a bit lighter than in the past maybe because people haven't figured out it's open again, or it could have been the cover charge. Now the cover charge was just for the area by the inside stage, and the rest of the place is open to no cover charge. I'm fine with the smaller crowd if it keeps some of the more sketchy folks out of there. The staff were pretty friendly and less attitude than before they shut down. Anyway, we all good time and will be back. Hope the cover comes down a little though.

Will always be Bronson to me, still similar in many ways, still a lot of the same faces. The service is always pretty good, the food is definitely above average considering most joints that have bike nights & are somewhat biker orientated, including a few healthier items on the menu. I usually order the Grilled Chicken Caeser Wrap, it comes with your choice of side, including vegetables if you so choose, as I usually do, since it's about the only time I think to eat something like roasted broccoli and carrots instead of fries or tots. Today I went with the fries tho, they are great and I detailed and tightened all the critical fasteners on Lola. The drinks are good, decent poors @ decent prices, especially on the nights with $3 Crown & down. Always an interesting time & pretty family friendly during the day or early evening. Sometimes the place is fairly busy all weekend, other times, like today, a hot day at the end of September, you may be the only person there.

My 1st experience at this bar was the worst experience of my life. I have NEVER wanted to share bad experiences I have encountered over a review BUT Due to the lack of professionalism of management and the crew I had to do something! Here is my story. Last night (1/25/20) was my mothers 50th birthday. Her and I do not do much together alone but tonight we wanted to do something different to celebrate - the night was going good until I misplaced my phone & let the bartender know my phone is missing, I spent maybe 30mins looking for my phone -after exiting the bathroom a gang of pour shack working surrounds me - female staff begun to yell at me & make me feel like they were going to "jump/fight" me asking me to exit the building. My 50 year old mother sees a group of woman surrounding me & calls the cops. The staff of Pour Shack was treating me as if I was a drunk 21 year old causing problems, which was not the case... I had spoken to the bartender expressing my situation, in a respectful way. To say the less - the staff of pour shack lied to the cops, telling the cops I was throwing glasses & destroying property. The manager (I think) ended up talking to me outside in front of the cops & during this convo the manager was rolling her eyes - speaking to me like a child, acting as if I was a drunken mess, totally not listening to the situation at hand, speaking to me like trash, in front of cops! I was NOT DRUNK - I am posting this review the following morning of this event. THIS IS THE WORSE BUSINESS TO VISIT IN KELLER! TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM & TRULY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL. I HAVE NEVER FELT SCARED FOR MY SAFETY BEFORE COMING HERE. STAFF HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS & MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU THEY'RE GOING TO HURT YOU, OVER NOTHING!! STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT!

UPDATE I found my phone thanks to apples "find my phone" After locating my phone with the help of Chad (very professional) he managed to find my phone in an "odd" place behind the back bar (where I probably would not have access to). Whoever took my phone had turn off all notifications & created a password. I honestly believe the bartender who was serving me drinks took my phone(mid 20-30's blonde female). When fetching my phone my husband overheard staff (older blonde lady) making comments about my first review - questioning Chad on why he is giving my phone back. Chad reminded this lady that regardless of my review they have to return my phone. I can not BELIEVE that would have ever been...

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at Pour Shack in Keller on 8/18 around 8:40 PM was so disappointing that I feel the need to speak up.

We sat down expecting a simple night out — some drinks, some conversation, the kind of thing you’d think any bar would be able to handle. Instead, we were treated like we didn’t even exist. The bartender on duty never greeted us, never made eye contact, never acknowledged our presence in any way. For nearly 40 minutes, she stood around laughing, socializing, and carrying on conversations while we sat there completely ignored.

There wasn’t even a quick “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Nothing. Just silence. That kind of disregard is not only unprofessional, it’s downright insulting to customers who made the effort to come in, sit down, and give this place business. After waiting far longer than anyone reasonably should, we finally gave up and walked out.

Bars and restaurants live and die by their service, and in this case, the message we got loud and clear was that new customers don’t matter. That’s unacceptable. If Pour Shack values its reputation and wants to retain patrons, the owner needs to take a hard look at who is being trusted to represent the establishment. Staff should be attentive, approachable, and at the very least acknowledge people sitting at the bar.

I’m writing this not just to vent, but to call on management to step up. This kind of service drives people away for good. If the owner cares about Pour Shack’s future, then training, accountability, and higher standards of hospitality need to be enforced immediately. Otherwise, it won’t just be us walking out — it’ll be every first-time guest who realizes they’re wasting their time in a place that doesn’t care about its customers.

Until real changes are made, we...

We were excited for re-opening but unfortunately were really let down. We went on Sunday at noon with friends and our children. Restaurant boasts that it's family friendly until the evening. We waited 15 minutes before getting a drink order in and had to ask for menus. The waitress was rude and said all they were serving were only burgers and wings until 4pm. We asked for menus again and she said they only had a few and it would be a few minutes. Some of the people in our group wanted to be a little healthier but apparently that's not an option until after 4pm. We eventually got most of our drinks, but there was only 1 waitress who made it clear she wouldn't be taking our order for a while because she was busy on the other side of the patio. We eventually decided to leave and left cash for our drinks as we didn't want to stick the cost to the server. We informed her that we left $15 and she got mad and said that's not enough as drinks are $2.75. we informed her that out of a party if 7 we only received 6 of our drinks 1 of which was water. She was mad, but we were very frustrated and left. This was not a good experience as we were talking this place up to our friends who had never been there before. I'm hoping this is just growing pains as Bronson just re-opened but it almost seems it wasn't ready to...
