If I could Rate Zero Stars I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD !! Everything You Can Think Of Going wrong WENT Wrong . 6:30pm, First And Foremost I Have Never Experienced a Walk-in And Seat Yourself And Wait Til A Waiter Notices You And Your Family restaurant. As Many Of Them Who Passed By FINALLY got The Attention Of One 15 Minutes After Sitting Down RIGHT SMACK IN THE MIDDLE , not A Corner Not In The Back IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT, Waitress Came And Took Our Drink Orders, Came Back In 2 Minutes Ordered our Appetizer and She was Not Seen Or Came To Check on Us For a Good 20 Minutes, Mind you Our Food Order Was Never Placed. She Then Comes Back After 20/30 Min, Takes the Order and Goes MIA AGAIN . I promise I Can’t Make This Up We WAITED A LITTLE OVER AN OUR for Her To Bring Out My Husbands Plate , Not The Appetizer His Plate. So I Asked When Was The Appetizer Coming Because My Kids We’re Waiting and Getting Anxious . I was then told “ oh it’ll be out in a few” 10 minutes go by cool whatever, I let it go . 20 minutes come by the kids food Is Out. COOL ! She Then Goes MIA , and MY FOOD WAS NEVER BROUGHT OUT! I Wave Her Down She Eyes Me Up And Down And Walks Away Y’all !!! I Went To The Counter And Asked For A Manager. Manager Came Out and Was Like Oh Let Me Go Back There And See What’s Going On, mind you I Had The Simplest Plate, tenders and fries. . Manager Came To The Table And Said Nobody Ever Came To Me And Told Me Your Plate was Missing, So I Responded Well Of Course Not Because Ms.Mam Kept Ignoring Me. She Proceeds to Tell Me Give Her 7 minutes She’ll Bring Them Out And Offers Me A Refill on my Sweet Tea, she asked me again is my tea sweet or unsweetened and I say SWEET.Cool . I get it stuff happens but come on. At This Point I’m Irriated Because of The Wait Times in between the Food And The Horrible Service, By This Time It’s Almost 8PM. Manager Comes Back With My Tea . . AND ITS AN UNSWEET TEA ! My Husband Busted Out Laughing Because Everything Was Just Going Wrong. I’m now waiting with a Headache Because I’m Over It And Hungry , 8:30 Rolls Around AND MY FOOD IS STILL NOT OUT 😭. Ms.Mam The Waitress Comes By And Said Oh Your Food Is Ready But They’re Waiting For The Tenders To Dry . I didn’t Respond Because I Would Have Lost It . She walks Away, comes back 5 minutes later with the tenders and no friesssss no ranch!! Then offers the receipt DESPERATELY WAITING with a smile so we can go. I asked for a to go box mad as hell And left HEATEDDDDDD because why? I Honestly Lost All Patience To Keep Asking For Missing Things Because It Seemed As If They Were Making Things Take Longer Than They really Had To Be. What a freaking sh!tshow this place is! My girlfriend and I decided we were in the mood for some B Dubs, and decided to give this location a shot since it's closest to our home. It's worth mentioning that its a Thursday night and they do have a boneless wing special going on. Upon arrival, we see that there are a few people in front us waiting to be seated. There is no host in sight, and when he finally did show up, he did not acknowledge any of the guests standing in the waiting area. It took at least 5 minutes just to get our name on the list. We soon learned that there was a group of 7 in the waiting area waiting to be seated, so we just assumed that the hold up was from preparing their table. At about 15 minutes into our wait for a table, we can see that there are at least 4 tables open and we knew that we were next in line, since the grouped that signed in before us was seated. I had to ask the second host, and he said that they were trying to seat the table of 7 before anyone else. The tables the we had seen that were open were never going to sit 7 people around it no matter how hard these two guys tried. it didn't make sense to leave the smaller groups waiting. The waiting area was filling up and it was pretty much shoulder to shoulder by the time the manager that I requested came over. The manager did quickly sort out the problem and acknowledged we should have been seated sooner. After finally making it to our table, our server promptly came over and took our drink order. This was the only positive thing about our experience. She gave us some extra time to look over the menu. After about 10 minutes we had decided and she came back only to tell us that there would be a 50 minute wait for our food. We had already waited an unnecessary 30 minutes to get to our table, and then they decide to tell us about the ridiculous wait time. You would think on 69 cent wing night, they would be prepared for the demand. You would also think they would inform you of the wait for food time at the host's stand. We left without any food. This is about as low as it gets, when it comes to getting service at a restaurant. We will not be back to this location. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was terrible.

The first red flag was the sticky table. When I asked for it to be cleaned, the staff said they'd tried to remove the stickiness for days, but it wouldn't come off. Since I was in a good mood with family visiting from far away, I decided to let it slide.

When the waitress took our order, I asked for honey mustard with my wings. She mention it would come with an extra charge, per sauce but I wasn’t bothered by it at that point.

However, things went downhill when it came to service time. After a 45-minute wait, another waitress—apparently the manager—brought out only three of our four meals. We were informed that due to their “hot and ready” policy, they bring out meals as soon as they’re prepared. They promised my fourth meal would be out shortly, but 15 minutes later, they admitted the kitchen had lost my ticket, causing the delay.

During this time, our server was largely absent. When I managed to flag her down, I mentioned I was missing my honey mustard. She claimed the manager had already given it to me. I pointed to all the sauces on the table and asked her to identify which one was the honey mustard (do you were all ranches) She left to check and returned 32 minutes later with my fourth meal and another honey mustard. By this time, the rest of my family had already finished their meals and had been waiting our drink refills

When I got the bill, I noticed I’d been charged twice for the honey mustard and for each individual item I ordered. I politely asked the server why, but she insisted the manager swore I’d already received the honey mustard and only offered to bring the manager over if I insisted. I could see the manager across the room looking at us very upset, but out of respect for my family, I didn’t want to make the experience any worse. I decided to leave without tipping, which didn’t sit right with me, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
