Salad and Go — Restaurant in Watauga

I've been told by multiple employees that when you order a wrap, the dressing should, in their words, "always come on the side"

Maybe 3-4 of the previous times I've ordered, each wrap I receive is absolutely soaked in dressing. Like absolutely soaked. So much so that every part of the wrap, especially the tortilla, is so soaked that it just falls apart and becomes really really unappetizing. Since I've already spent money though, and often don't have the time to go back and get it corrected, I usually end up forcing myself to eat it, as sometimes it's either that or going hungry at work or... wasting food, which I generally try not to do.

I love their dressings, I just don't want so so very much of it, especially when I've been assured that it shouldn't be there in the first place.

For this to happen a few times is fine. I totally understand. But once something like this happens over and over again, I have to say something. I also recall a few of my wife's salads having a copious amount of dressing on them when they were 'also' supposed to come on the side

TLDR: They love to randomly not include the dressing in their wraps.

Longer story is I've gone to this place a handful of times. You can see my original post down below. I just went again today. I specifically asked if they include the dressing in the wraps. They claim yes. So I get wraps for myself and my partner. Of course they forget to include the dressing in the wrap of one of them. If you haven't tried to unwrap their wraps and then try to eat it. It's impossible. So that was awful. My partner had the steak in their wraps and they couldn't take more than 1 bite. Said it was extremely chewy. I will definitely never come back here.

Usually good but they'll do stuff like forget to add the dressing to a wrap. They gave me the dressing on the side without saying a single word about it. New place so couldn't wait to give it a go. Placed order online and were given available time to pickup I had the Buffalo wrap with a few extras and Diana had the Winter Harvest Salad with grilled chicken & extras both were 7.03 she had cucumber mint and I had mango tea for drinks 24oz for 1 buck each. We arrived right on time for order 1 side is for online orders only which makes it really convenient. I was prepared to wait but I needed not worry as our order was ready and off we went. Guys the salad was in a big bowl and the wrap was a handful needed 2 actually. The Buffalo wrap a little spicy I enjoy every bite. Diana watched her novela while enjoying hers. She couldn't finish.
