Smoothie King — Restaurant in Watauga

I stay going to a Smoothie King in every area. This was my first time at this location (at least in a long time) and I placed a curbside order through the app. The app said it would be ready at 2:55p… no rush. I’m sitting in my car having me time lol. I call the store at 3:08pm and they sounded like they still had to make my Smoothie… the person acted like they could not understand what I was saying when I stated it was “curbside”…. ok… I gave them my car info and the person said they see me… they will be right out. So I wait another 10min as I’m watching ppl go in and out… so I finally just go inside myself. They hand me the already made Smoothie… looked like they had it in the fridge waiting for me to come inside to get it. I come in and order my drinks one of which I requested peanut butter with it. They tell me they are out of peanut butter so I order it without. Later we hear the staff talking about how they do have peanut butter left they just don't have a lot so they start telling people that. When our drinks come out another lady grabs one and puts it in, the staff realizes this but doesn't do anything about it. One leaving the lady with the wrong drink and leaving me without the drink. the 4 people who came in after me all got their drinks before me. Then I finally get my drink they apologize without making eye contact and don't even offer a discount. It took us forever in the store. What was supposed to be a quick stop took so...

Ordered curbside through the app. Came to pick up and called when I got there. I told whoever answered the phone that I ordered curbside and came to pick up order, they said ok and hung up on me. Called back, wouldn't answer. Called again and they left the phone off the hook so calls would not go through. Why have curbside if you can't offer the service. Take that option off the app so we can chose a smoothie king that actually offers the service. They also gave me the wrong smoothie from what I ordered. I had already wasted too much time there and didn't have enough time to go back. Called the owner next day for a refund. Haven't got it yet. Will not to be back to...
