I can’t speak highly enough about the crew at Stix N Rig’n. We lived on our boat in Kemah for several years and they were always my go-to for anything rigging related. Inspections, mounting a whisker pole to our mast, replacing running rigging, answering my random and sometimes ridiculous questions, you name it and they handled it with ease, speed, and courtesy. If you know boating, you probably know that those three things don’t typically go together when talking about services and technicians. We’ve been out cruising now for several years and one of the few downsides to being in the Caribbean is not having the Stix N Rig’n team right around the corner. He then spoke to Brian, who quickly diagnosed the problem ... halyard wrap. The crew Brian sent out to the boat were excellent, very efficient and informative, answering all dad's questions (and gave him some pointers) while they worked. Travis was amazing, he scaled the mast like an acrobat (with ease) then installed the wrap preventer hardware on the mast. They also oiled and made adjustments on the in mast furling mainsail. Now both sails furl properly. And (in the future) Dad doesn't have to climb masts ... he knows...
