This is the original JCPenney store, who knew? Really fun to run across this store traveling through rural Wyoming. The store is an operating JCPenney store with clothing and accessories for all ages, and has retained the original architectural details, woodwork, counters, display cases, dressing rooms/mirrors staircase, tin ceiling, light fixtures and other memorabilia. There's even the original pulley system they used to transport cash between the lower and upper level of the store. It's a mix of museum and modern day shopping.
