Will not be eating at this burger joint again... a few weeks ago we called to place an order over the phone for pick up and the receptionist told us to order online because they were too busy (it was a Friday). I said I cannot order online since I have to make specific changes to my order due to my allergies and they basically said too bad we hung up and did not order from them again. I told my husband that we will not be eating there ever again and instead ordered from Outlaw Burger. However, I ended up forgetting I said that and we gave them another chance. We called to place the order over the phone (on a Tuesday) and they gladly took the order... go figure. I ordered my food and what I ordered ended coming incorrect (which I don't blame them since I didn't understand their menu and they didn't understand my order) we called to have it re-made and was told that they would offer a credit, but due to my allergies I needed the food now. They told us they would re-make it but we needed to bring the food back... I was appalled that a restaurant (especially during Covid times) would ask for us to bring the food back like if we were lying. I had no plans on eating it but I've never heard of a restaurant before or after Covid asking for the food to be returned to just be dumped? The owner must be extremely cheap and from reading these bad reviews and the responses from the "owner/manager" it just shows how they operate. A business like this wont last. I gave two stars because the burgers were tasty/flavorful but the meat was way over cooked they told me their burgers are cooked "medium' but it was MW/W at best (no pink at all) and any modern burger joint would offer a temp cook on the burgers like MR, MED, MW, & W not well to MW every time. My message to the owner is respect your restaurant patrons and apologize when you mess up instead of sticking up for your restaurant and yourself. The customer is always correct, fix your online ordering system so the burgers can be more customized to your patrons liking oh and stop telling customers you wont take orders over the phone because your too busy that extremely rude. Beware of this restaurant and I recommend...

Abominable! I went to get a take out burger and fries. My bill came to $18. I asked for a glass of water. They told me they didn’t have any. They wanted me to buy a bottle. I declined. I noticed they package the burger in a styrofoam container. I said I didn’t want styrofoam and asked them to put my burger in a brown paper bag which I saw in front of me. They said the bag was too small. There was a bigger paper bag right next to the smaller bag, but it was not offered instead. They then insisted on putting the burger in a plastic bag after I said I didn’t want it in a plastic bag and asked for the larger paper bag that we could both see. I was told I would have to pay for it. Ridiculous, but I said fine. When I asked how much I was told $1.50!!! At that point, I said forget it and left with no bag of any kind. I experienced their behavior as hostile and rude. I can’t imagine a hospitality business behaving in that manner! Needless to say I will NEVER go there again. Their behavior was abominable. This review should come as no surprise because I called after I left and told them I would be leaving a review. The person who answered the phone pretended that he couldn’t hear what I was saying. He heard me alright! Oh and tips are optional and were intended for waiters giving table service! Not take out! Employers pay your counter staff and stop asking customers to subsidize...

Funny spot.

Went with a couple of co-workers this afternoon. We were referred by someone else from work, so I had high expectations.

Ordered the Yellow Submarine. Pretty basic meat overall, letture and all other ingredients weren't as fresh as I assumed. Overall, a decent burger.

There were two funny moments which reminded me what type of place this is. Because it's a small location, there's rent expense and all sorts of other expenses for owning a restaurant. So I asked for cheese fries and without asking charged me "Large" fries (didn't find out till I received my receipt). Seconds later, my co-worker orders fries and the cashier suggested "small or large", so I asked do the cheese fries only come in Large? He nodded his head and said yes. Funny.

We sat down and another co-worker had ordered Coke. The soda is filled by them, and his cup was half-filled but when you order Coke you are only allowed 1 refill after. Funny.

Conclusion: It's a petty restaurant, attempting to make the most of their money rather than appealing to the audience and attracting customers. Burgers were decent, nothing out of this world, and it's a small area with walls covered in the rock music theme. Aside from that, burgers took about 30 minutes for us to wait. First &...

I've only eaten here once, recently. I talked my dear friend into getting takeout from a restaurant (a first for this year!) And she just wanted a good burger, I was excited to find this place so close to her home. The online menu is difficult to read (photo) and listed in the menu section were only the specials (?) It was $25 for two basic burgers and a large order of fries (expected for "gourmet" burgers). I thought they forgot the lettuce and tomato but realized it was underneath the burger, just so little of it that I didn't notice at first. The meat was rather thin but alright, nothing special. The fries... Totally brown, like they were re-fried? I don't know why but they weren't good. Also, thought they came with a cajun seasoning (guessing I had to ask specifically for that) but they didn't, don't think they were even salted. I was just disappointed. On a positive note, the place looked really clean and the guy that rang me up was nice.

Rock That Burger plays classic rock constantly which meshes with the classic rock collectibles throughout creating a laid back vibe. There was just me and my son and then some dudes who left who are either going to go golfing or had just come from golf. I don't remember the names of the burgers we got but my son's had french fries in it and mine was just totally custom. We also got to Waka Waka to go. If you know you know, and if you're local to Miami, the closest comparison I can give this place is the old hooligans. Hooligans. The flavor of the meat and the saltiness of it was great, but those french fries... They are the thing that harken to a past day at hooligan's. My only knock is that the burgers are not a little bit thicker. I had a lot of salad and the ratio to the meat was very high. That's kind of the only reason why I didn't give it a five star for the food.

We came to this place looking for a good burger to try, as we're always looking for good food places. We ordered the Waka Waka and the Boys of Summer. The two boys working at the counter were very kind and quick to let us know that they offered hotdogs as well. We waited about 10 minutes for our food, which I don't mind as every burger is freshly made. The worker brought us our food and was very professional. Overall, each item we tried was great in terns of taste and presentation. The fries were exceptionally good, and I'd recommend them. My only complaint, which is of no fault of the workers, was a family coming in and rearranging tables. It caused a lot of noise. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good burgers.
