I have shopped here for YEARS!!!! Now, I WILL NOT EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Recently ( Sept. 7, 2025) my mom and I were shopping here for some home items. I had two baskets full literally totally $1,000. For context, I am a insider perks member, and lets just say that system is BS!!!!! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT CHECK OUT. First, they allowed someone to take one of my baskets left up front with my items to purchase, so I had to go look around for another once ready to check out because no one working knew where it was, second I had a wall art picture that OBVIOUSLY was a return item because it had no corner covers, no visible price, and minor wear and tear, third they did not allow me to use any perks and told me that their computer doesn't track it but asked for my number. I asked for a discount on the picture, and the manager ISABELLA (guy with the pink bow) told me that if there is no damage to the front then there is nothing that can be done and the sides and back doesn't matter, and that I would have to pay full price. Mind you my total was already at $944.54!!!! I'm spending good money for not even 10% to be taken off a return decor item. I asked if I could get my birthday discount just to be told that I have to wait for the week before or week after the birth day to get something in email. I even asked for same day delivery just to be told no. SO WHY BE AN INSIDER PERKS MEMBER WITH NO PERKS!!!!! Towards the end of checking out after I paid for what I did decide to keep, I asked if I could pick up what I could not fit in my car next day? The cashier prints out a reciept and hands me a piece of paper to write my name and number on. She proceeds to place the piece of paper with TAPE on my rug but places nothing on my two other wall art pieces. SINCE I HAD COMPLETELY HAD IT WITH THEM, I drove 30mins home to unload and rushed back 30mins to the store to load up what I had left just to discover no one took it to the back of the store. Read moreAt checkout tonight the cashier was doing great at her add on sales. I almost got one. But the tree scents made me start sneezing. So her last attempt at an add on sale was the ornament hooks. I said no last year I got a few when they were 25 cents. She rudely said no they weren't. Not here. I said yes ma'am after Christmas. She said yeah not true not here. Then said your total is 46 dollars and some change. I pulled out my card to pay. She points to the sig cap and turned to start taking to the worker behind me about their lunch and what they are eating. She tried handing me the receipt without even looking at me. I was so shocked by the rude behavior I just stood there a second waiting for her to say thank you, have a good night, come again, or anything really. But nothing. She kept talking to the other worker and started to check out her candy before I even walked away. I said thank you have a good night. She said nothing to me. I won't be back. I will not pay to be treated that way. Was she made because I didn't bite on her add ons? Was she made I sneezed? Was she made she missed out on the after Christmas sale last year? Read moreLove the store and visit often. However, I had a horrible experience with the cashier named Sandi. My mom and I had 2 baskets filled with decor. We walked up to the cashier as we were next in line and she rudely asked if we were together. We said yes and she was like “ALL of this is going on one receipt?” And we again said yes. As we were unloading items, she yelled at me saying “stop overloading the area when she’s scanning the items because I have too much stuff to ring up” When she got to a Halloween haunted house to scan, it did not have a bar code on it but only a sticker with a price at the bottom that said $39.99. She said there’s no place to scan and she cannot ring this up. I said it was the only one and could she manually enter it. She called over a manager and immediately told the manager that the sticker on it was not At Home sticker and insisting I put that sticker on the item (I definitely did not). The manager confirmed the price and item to ring up. Which was the correct price the sticker had on it. Once almost everything was rung up, I was opening my purse to get my card for payment.
