If I could give it 0 stars, I would! I was told I could go sit down with my three children and finish out the end of Toy story, while my children finished their popcorn. Since the time was wrong online. Ten minutes later, the manager Conner Ringenburg, Along with manager Miss Becnel, came into the movie theater and told us we had to leave! My boys were confused and startled, As I was trying to get my two-year-old, Connor walkie-talkies to another manager saying that I refuse to leave the theater! I was not refusing to leave the Theater, I was trying to pick up my child! After I was told I could go sit down in the theater! I Requested to speak to the general manager. And as I was explaining the situation, Connor decides to change the story and lied to his manager saying that he did not allow Us go sit down. What happen was that I purchased tickets for what I thought was a 5 o’clock show at 4:10. So I took my time to get to the actual show. The clerk didn’t even explain that we were late for the movie. I arrived at the show I looked up And saw it started playing at 4 o’clock. I went to the manager Connor and explained that I was here for the 5 o’clock show which was presented online. After figuring everything out, he said look I will give you three passes for another movie. I asked .. Since we spent all of this money on popcorn and snacks and such do you mind if the boys finish watching the movie.The manager Connor said sure no problem. 10 minutes laterMy children and I are being removed from the Theater! I try to explain all of this to the general manager. The general manager said to me I don’t believe you! I have never in my life experienced such a bad customer service! My mom Owns a hair salon, and I have managed it for many years.If a customer is upset about something we would accommodate them in anyway. I was blatantly being lied to. I said I feel like I am in the twilight zone. I explained to the general manager this is not how you treat customers. You can’t tell him to go sit down in the theater and then Have three managers remove you from the theater. As I was trying to pick up my two-year-old, One of the managers was calling for back up! This has been a nightmare experience. I put a complaint in to corporate office. This is not how we should behave in our society. We should treat customers with respect and definitely not lie...
Read moreWorst experience ever am a mother of 3 my two older kids was dying to see the Avangers Movie my oldest is 10 and I have a 4 year old my youngest is 18 months.... about 15 min a worker came over stand near us “ I guess waiting for the baby to make any noise” then he walked over and said try and keep your baby for making noise... I promise my baby wasn’t crying or waning he was laughing and during his little talk... about five minutes late a lady came and said okay if the baby makes any noise you have to bring him out or leave the show.... now the Avanger is a high action movie with a lot of noise so I promise u o can barely hear my other kids talk let alone hear her so I said okay a min later he went to sleep ...... 20 more minutes pass my son went to the bathroom, when he came back I went so I stop to talk to the manager because I felt that was Horrible to even ask someone to leave a kid movie from kids making noise.... at this time both my baby and my 4 year was sound asleep so when I expressed to her how I felt she said okay now your going to have to leave the movie ... I was like are u kidding me u can’t be forreAl she said more and more people have came out and complain... I promise my baby had been sleep for about 20 min at that time so I knew it was more to it then that ... Now granted me and my kids was the only blacks there the movie so I did notice right before we went to the bathroom the small group behide is left so maybe they was the ppl who complained .... but they had a child also they was making noise it’s a kid movie ... so used the bathroom and had to walk back in the show wake my kids up and explain to them that we had to leave the show am sooooo very upset am shaking now as I write this.... I promise I never felt so horrible as a black mother ... Avangers is a kid movie I would have never thought we would be asked too leave .... then we paid with giftcards so couldn’t get our money back they give us passes to see another show am writing because I would never ever bring my black kids back to this place to ever be treated this...
Read moreOnly reason it gets two stars is the drinks were decently strong and the restroom was cleaner than AMC. I left a review in the email I got from the theatre company and forgot to do my Google one. There was a large, very distracting grainy/glittery/shiny spot on the screen that moves with you, so it was either the screen itself or a light that wasn't supposed to be on, defective projector, etc.. but the attached photo doesn't even capture how bad it was. (See the right of the screen) The movie was unwatchable in my opinion and the only reason I stayed as long as I did is because my mom wanted to watch this movie and was trying to ignore it. It was totally ridiculous though for me and I couldn't get past it. I spoke with two different employees, both of which said that "someone was working on it" --- not sure what that meant, but it was never fixed. I finally left with about 30 minutes left to the movie because I was over it. I did some investigating myself and peeked into a few other theatres to see if they all looked like that. A couple did, but one looked completely normal (the one that was playing maleficent closer to the lobby). We were in 11 and ours was really bad. When I walked out of there, it was 9:00pm. The place looked like an absolute ghost town, despite Google saying it was open until 11pm. There was no one in sight other than one kid who was sweeping and no manager that I could see so I didn't go and demand my money back like I should have. Absolutely horrible movie experience and exactly the reason that the theatre was empty when we got there and when I left. It's also the reason people wait for things to come on Netflix. It's a shame because it's the only one in that area and AMC didn't have the movie my mom wanted. At this point I wouldn't go back. If nothing else, someone could have explained what was going on with the screen when I asked. Nothing was done and I still don't get what the hell the deal was, I've never seen anything like this in a movie...
