This Burger King location is so awful I felt compelled to post a review in an attempt to draw attention from their corporate office to do SOMETHING about the management. I have never encountered such an unprofessional staff who obviously hate working there.... Nothing but bad attitudes when placing an order inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. Making a simple request to add or take off anything on your sandwich is completely ignored....And if you point out that they made a mistake, just be ready for an even worse attitude back instead of an apology... God forbid they make an extra effort to read the specifics of the order on the screen...All they do now is throw whatever is sitting out already made in a bag because the loud, obnoxious conversations they are having with the other co-workers is far more important than actual customer service.The last 5 visits I have discovered when I got home, my order was wrong.... (wrong toppings/wrong drink) or something was left out of the bag that I paid for. Of course I try calling to complain and no one answers the phone.....EVER. My last experience in the drive-thru did it for me.... I had one drive-thru worker literally throw my bag of food at me after I looked inside to discover they had given me the wrong order. It took every ounce of my being not to get out of my car and throw everything right back at her. On top of the bad attitudes, rude service and wrong orders...be prepared to wait a long period of time to get your old, cold, soggy food. I stop at this location because of the convenience since it is closer to home but I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to spend my money there ever again. The staff needs to be trained properly or fired....    Read moreI am a Doordash driver and I just had a terrible experience at this store. I was picking up an order for a customer. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw only one car, and a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed. I went to the drive-thru and sat at the intercom. After about a minute of waiting, I said hello and tried to greet whoever might be in the store. I did this a few times to no response. I decided I would drive around to the window and see if I could see someone there. As I was driving away I heard someone say something. So I tried to back up but it was not easy because I'm in a pickup truck. I hollered out, but I got no response again. I drove up to the window and there was no one there. I knocked on the window a couple of times and no one came. I didn't know what was going on. I drove back around to the drive-thru and went up to the intercom. I said hello a few times and then finally some irate young woman yelled at me. She told me that they heard me but they never got a chance to say anything because I kept saying hello. I don't know how their intercom works, but when I don't hear anybody say anything I'm going to keep saying hello. She basically yelled at me through the intercom. I tried to explain myself, but then just said I'm with Doordash, I'll pull around. When I got to the window I told her the name of the customer and I tried to explain what happened. The young woman was still rude to me but went back to make the food. I called Doordash support and let them know about my experience. I couldn't believe the unprofessional attitude this young woman gave me. I've never experienced anything like this in 4 years of working for Doordash. She was incredibly rude and incredibly unprofessional. I would never go to the store to purchase...
   Read moreThe renovation looks nice. What does not look good, is the employees that are hanging around the lobby. Laying across the seats and other employees undressing and changing clothes at the counter. While at the same time yelling at employees in the kitchen area about non work related issues. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for my food, the fries were cold. Most of the caffeine free beverages were not available. The cashier taking the order did not have anything positive to speak of. Very little eye contact and an almost rude demeanor. If I was the type of person that takes my phone out in the bathroom, I would have taken photos of this horror. I will probably never return to this location ever again. My last two visits left nothing to be desired. And this visit solidified my decision to not return to this location. As much as I dislike McD, I would rather go there than visit this location. It May have been a better option to spend the money on employee training, instead of the renovation. At least my food order was correct, aside from having cold fries.

I took a chance twice this month and went to this location. For them to over charge me for a whopper Jr meal. When I told them about the concern, I was given attitude because the price they were telling me is more than two other locations and more than what was listed on their menu screen.
