My husband and I stopped by Mattress Firm today, 3/23/2025 to purchase another mattress. Ms. Hope was the sales agent that assisted us in finding the perfect mattress. She went above and beyond to assure we got the mattress we were looking for. We would like to say thanks again Ms. Hope for your assistance today. My new mattress was due to be delivered today 3/25/2025 and I noticed that when I got the delivery text my old address was in the message. I immediately called Mattress Firm here in Kenner and spoke with Tanisha and she took care of everything for me and was very professional throughout the entire call. Less than 10 minutes after speaking with her, the delivery guys were here with my new mattress. Absolutely LOVED our experience shopping at Mattress Firm Kenner. Michelle was so polite and welcoming from the second my fiance and I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable about all of the store merchandise and offered insightful information to make our mattress choice easily. She went the extra step to ensure we walked away satisfied. She took her time and explained everything to my fiance and I thoroughly, no rushing. We explained to her our concerns for great warranties, after a prior incident with another mattress provider, and she reassured us Mattress Firm guarantees the satisfaction of their customers, and it definitely was reflected in her workmanship. I'm not entirely sure how to write this review... if I laid it all out I would sound bonkers. I walked out of a Mattress Firm with what could only be 200 inside jokes. This was the absolute most fun I've ever had dropping so much money. Kelsey was a wonderful help and a great sport. We had good news, we had bad news; I'm still not sure which was which. No biohazards and we made it out alive. Though... I'm not sure if I'm in the same universe, or even the same person I was when I walked in. I laughed, I cried; it moved me, Bob.

Oh, and the beds were fine too. It's a mattress store. I bought a mattress. It's a good mattress. Great sanitation station for the times, also!
