Holy burrito of rice. It was our first time trying out the hot food line. The lady asked us 5times what kind of burrito we wanted and that alone was frustrating. Mind u they don’t press the burrito, they warm up the tortilla alone and then wrap the ingredients so the inside was cold too. It wasn’t a busy line either so I’m confused to why the lady in glasses kept forgetting what kind of drink and food we wanted throughout us waiting for the food. Anyways I wasn’t going to make a post until the food staff caught an attitude with the customer behind us. She had ordered a big amount of tacos and naturally any restaurant or food service would pack the sauces and toppings for the customer. It shows that extra effort matters. Instead they have a self serve sauce area and that alone was gross. I don’t think customers should serve themselves salsa especially when into see green salsa drops on top of the red salsa..it’s just nasty. Last complaint is the paper towel rolls at the dinning tables. You can see finger print stains from previous customers around the top and that alone ruin my appetite. The horchata is awful too, just stick with the ideal market and...
Read moreWell, how do I say this? The first thing I do when I go to a place of business for the first time, specially a Newly opened store, is provide feedback. Reason being, I like to see small businesses thrive. I am an experienced Retail Manager.
I asked an employee if he was a manager, and he said "that depends". I told him that overall, the store is dark. When someone walks in, it feels depressing. He just shrugged his shoulders. The lighting used is really not adequate for a retail store. There is a lot of gap between light tubes which in turn, create that darkness feel, which also makes it hard for some people to see or read properly.
Other feedback I have is food needs identifying tags. We need to know what meat that is, what sauce that is as customer. Because if someone is allergic to an ingredient, they won't know as...
Read moreI just went into this place for the first time and ordered a taco combo, looking at the reviews I saw that there hasn't been any change, the salsas are mixed up and they only serve one tortilla per taco even though there's a big picture on the wall with the tacos and two tortillas for each one, I think the salsa thing is more because the customers mix up the utensils, we have a culture problem, the cashier who serves food also charges the normal purchases, that slows down those of us who buy at the deli, maybe the owner requires that, anyway nothing has changed according to the...
