Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

I entered and was immediately greeted by the cashier, she was very nice and polite. She even repeated my order back to me and it was correct.(Two of the items I had ordered a Mexican pizza- NO BEANS, and Fiesta Taco Salad- NO beans) I HAVE MAJOR G.I. Problems and I'm on a low FODMAP DIET!! BEANS MAKE ME VIOLENTLY ILL!!! I CAN NOT EAT THEM AND THE CREW MUST'VE THOUGHT IT DIDN'T MATTER!!! BUT I HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES WITH BEANS!!! NOW, back of kitchen, only one female was trying to get them back on track and it didn't work.Also while waiting on my order, I notice a young couple walk saying their BOX was supposed to be Steak, they gave him taco meat. All he wanted was Steak, Cheese and chips on it, so this was the first box(that they kept), they make him box#2, wrong, it has beans,(and the customers were able to take it) again they remake his #3 steak box, wrong, it has sour cream on it, they go back to the kitchen and apparently #4. Must have been the charm, because FINALLY the y got it right!!! However, I noticed several employees chatting with him and his girl... so I have to wonder was it a family member or friend that they were giving food to... I know that the few times in my life(I'm 47) that Taco Bell actually messed up my order, we always brought the food back and they keep it, they never just let you pay for 1 box, when you're leaving with 4 And your money was refunded!!!! Simply sad Lastly, wonderful service from the cashier, however, their service, in the kitchen is at a turtles pace, the restaurant could be full or empty and still wait 10-15 mins...

horrible experience. i walk in with my grandmother and cousin, make our order on the tablet and wait for someone to take our cash. no one is at the register nor is anyone close to it. 1 man is in the back. 1 woman walks up and does something on the register, looks at me and i smile at her. she walks off. more people come in and we are still waiting for someone to take our payment, which was cash. we're waiting and waiting, 15 minutes go by and my grandmother who can't stand for long, gets aggravated about waiting. so we ask about it and they blame US for not TELLING them to take our cash? when they obviously see us standing there. i mean finally they took our money. but they were very very rude to us when we come often and always so nice and respectful. i never like being rude or mean because it isn't me. but that was uncalled for. blaming the customer for...

This Taco Bell is by far the worst Taco Bell. The employee working the window was terribly rude and acted like I was a burden to be in her drive through, even though I was the ONLY customer and after asking her “how she was” I had no response other than, “are you ready to order”. I ordered a simple cravings deal (plus 2 additional pinto & cheese) and when I asked to sub the cinnatwist with nachos she told me it would be extra, I was fine with that. I get home to find out not only did she charge me for the switch, but I got cinnatwist. I asked for mild sauce, and she puts 2...two packets in my bag. I had 7 items, how is 2 packets of sauce going to help me? Sadly the end to this trip ended finding out AFTER I already got home that my cheesy gordita crunch not only was super soggy, but was missing the hard shell on the inside. This was a sad sad Taco...
