After paying almost $500 for my 6 year old son’s birthday party here I would never do it again . The staff (management && security) have horrible attitudes and when problems arise ‘’they can’t do anything until the owner is present’’ the two managers with grey shirts (white woman) seem to have had a problem with everything . My brother goes to get skates for all the kids & one of them walks out of the ‘’manager booth’’ or whatever & just keeps pressing him about do he have tickets . About half way through the party me && my brother are talking about it & now all of a sudden they’re making announcements to get off the skate floor with hats on . It’s understandable if that’s a policy that goes for everyone but why not tell me when I pay for the party or when I first enter . One security guard told me I can go finish skating but if my hat fall DO NOT pick it up , the manager & other security guard immediately tells her ‘’no were not doing that ‘’ A white male tells me he just recently skated with his son while wearing a hat & says that’s crazy . I feel like the management team is racist and this is a business I would never support again . I called to speak to the owner like I was told to do && I was told he is in a meeting , called back & was told he had left the building then left on hold for minutes then the general manager gets on the phone & without even hearing my side she’s just offering me a free pass to come again . Everything I started telling her , she’s disregarding it telling me that’s not what the staff told her . I asked her was it a problem because we’re two different race , she said ‘’ were not going to make this that , i can give you another pass so now you’ll have two & that’s all I can do’’ . I am...

Came at about 8:50 on a Saturday to get in at least an hour. Explained I wasn’t from here and how was the crowd. I asked was it kids night because if so I wasn’t going to come in. The guy at the window said no, it was rb hip hop night .. I asked are their any adults inside skating. He said yes, a few. Once I paid my $20 I walk in. Absolutely no adults were skating. MAYBE 1.. All kids on the floor .. adults were sitting watching their kids skate. But whatever I wanted to skate. Need socks. Bought socks. Went to the restroom .. came back out… put on my skates and I see all the kids are skating the opposite way. Cool! It was cute so I’m like surely they’ll go the right way eventually. So I got out there. Soon as I did. They stopped for races. After about 15 minutes of races because they race by age groups, I’m like ok let me see if I can get my money back because it was 9:25 and it’s clearly a night for children. Which is totally ok, but I asked this before I paid. I’m thinking this is really a kids night. I haven’t skated at all. I go to the counter and explain I’m not from here. I asked before paying my $20 if it was pretty much kids. I was told no. I literally paid $20 to skate for 5 minutes. Then while at the counter the lady said “well when you came in you didn’t ask” .. and I did ask the young man. That’s why I went back outside … got my skates and went ahead and paid my $20. Then after I explained to her that I did ask the man at the counter all of a sudden asking didn’t matter anymore she said oh well no refund. I was at least owed half off my money back as I was clearly misinformed. It shouldn’t be all about money all the time and I stated I WAS NOT FROM HERE THATS WHY I ASKED FIRST...

I paid for 3 children to skate and rent skates. We arrived around 2:00ish on Saturday. Before I paid I asked if they close for a half an hour as the website said and the man working the window said, “yes, we sanitize during that time but you will be able to come back in 30minutes and you will not have to pay again.” That was my main concern if I had to pay again, I was going to come back at 4:00 so the kids could enjoy their skating time! So when it was 3:20 I went and asked where do the kids get a stamp or whatever we need to come back in after the cleaning ? The lady at the counter told me I would have to pay for everything AGAIN! Needless to say I had 3 very heartbroken ten year olds. I wish I could have afforded to allow them to go back and skate but I couldn’t! Im a single Mom and this was not cheap, after I also purchased food and drinks too! I don’t think it would have been anything for that manager to allow us to return, since we were told when I paid that we could do so without having to pay again! Not okay to treat customers like this! Obviously, I did not make this up my kids even heard the conversation when we got there! The manager did nothing and she would not allow us to come back as I was informed initially! I am not the person to cause a scene in front of kids and argue over this!
