Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

(2/2/23) EXTREMELY RUDE/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Refused service by a extremely rude lady that claims she was a manager, all because I asked for help after no one was in line. The lady began screaming and yelling at me saying she was coming I just needed to wait, but assured the customer before me who she severed, she would wait on her husband, that was not in the store at the time. I ask for her manager information she refused, claiming she was the Manager, later directing me to go look on the door if I wanted it. I told her I would report her and she said I don't care if you do. A gentleman outside witnessed what happened said they ain't gone do her nothing because she been working there a long time. So obviously she been assaulting people for a long time and after reading these comments, I can see that. I did get I'm touch with the owner/supervisor of that establishment, who assured me she would handle...

I was in your subway business Sunday 5/4 and your worker Balaram I was so impressed with him he had a line almost to the door and he was working all by himself. He was so fast and efficient and so professional, and he got us all out very quickly. In my opinion I’m not sure what he makes but whatever he makes he deserves so much more. He was so friendly and kind. I’ve never met somebody at one of the subway businesses that acted like this. On another note I did have a coupon and the coupon did not say that I had to only order ham, turkey, etc., I usually go to other subways and I can buy any sandwich I would like so I think you need to change that Policy at your location because if this is the way it is, I will not be coming to this subway and I actually order at least three or four times a week so you will be losing my business. But please give your Worker more money because...

Absolutely ridiculous. Me and my girlfriend went here last night. Ordered two sandwiches online 20 minutes before they closed.. We went to pick it up and both sandwiches were made wrong. My girlfriend walked back up to the door now 10 minutes before they closed and she told us “oh well, come back tomorrow.. I’m closed” … The door was locked.
