Bought my daughter a pair of boots here. The family that runs this establishment is very detail oriented and want to make you happy with your purchase and make sure that you are satisfied upon leaving. I have never bought real boots in my life and this could have been an opportunity for them to take advantage of me however, they took the time to not only help my daughter and I understand what to expect from real boots but also had us purchase a less expensive version of a similar boot that she liked so as to help save us money. Just brought home my own custom pair of Black Jack boots and I LOVE them. They're well built and beautiful. The detail and craftsmanship that goes into them is incredible. The two ladies that helped me in the process were professional and energetic. The fitting process was pleasant. They aren't there to BS you. They're well educated on how a boot should fit and feel. The smell of boot leather fills the nose along with the mild shimmer of silver belt buckles and well folded, neatly placed assorted brands of blue jeans.

I have no idea who gave the reviews about non-existing and Rude service, but I found completely the opposite. I walked in and someone greeted me, very sweetly. I was brousing in another section and another employee greeted me and asked to help me. I didn't yet need help. I went the back and found an adorable boutique. This place has wonderful, not over bearing, service. They have great quality and a great selection. Really really excited about shopping here.
