Please stay away from this restaurant. We got take out order day before yesterday for lunch. We got veg biriyani, goat biriyani, paneer butter masala, garlic naan and lassi. Only Lassi was good. All other food items were horrible. We tried for the first time. Based on the reviews we ordered here and I'm not sure how these guys have 4.7 review in google. Garlic naan dint have enough Salt and it was undercooked and i was able to see even raw dough. And biriyanis were too spicy and the rice was not cooked well. It was under cooked and couldnt evn eat that. We ordered only medium spice but it was too spicy that we couldn't eat. My husband eat very spicy food. But for him also it was too much. Paneer butter masala was like too watery and dint have any kind of aroma in it.
I had a feeling like we should take all the food back to their restaurant and ask them this is how you cook rice for biriyani and will you be able to eat this if the food is cooked like that. But we couldn't do it since tummy home is like 35 min away from that place and we have 3 kids including an infant. It was a difficult lunch time with this food. We will never go back here. Totally...
Read moreThis place is absolutely terrible. Today I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I took my family, all four of us, to have the buffet. My mother and father could barely eat because the food was disgusting. My dad joked that even a goat wouldn’t want the goat meat because it was so tough, and I agreed, but apparently, it was supposed to be goat. Someone needs to come in and inspect this place to make sure they’re serving actual food and delivering what they promise. I honestly think consumer affairs should get involved because they literally kicked us out.
At the end, I went to pay, and the bill was a ridiculous $78.99. When I asked about it, they said it was because we ordered two extra pieces of bread. Seriously?! I mentioned that the food was terrible, and the guy completely lost it! He basically attacked me, saying I had eaten half the buffet and now wanted to complain. When I said I wouldn’t be coming back, he snapped and said he didn’t need me anyway, then threw us out of the restaurant like we were trash, before anyone else could hear. I only left because I didn’t want to embarrass my...
Read moreThis place is a disgrace to Indian food. You order as how it is and there is no spice to food at all. It's bland as can be. You ask for a little extra spicy and they load it up to an absolute unbearable level. I'm a Patel, I can handle regular indian spice. This place is a joke. I can see why meals are always on sale on uber from this place. Never again. Go to taj mahal grill. They do it right there.
Prince palace owner, First off, spell check is something you should look into. With that said, it makes sense you didn't understand my post. If you took the time to read it correctly, one could tell i ordered multiple times. When I asked for extra spice, you guys obnoxiously loaded spice to an unbearable, non enjoyable level. When you order as is, it's bland as can be. Don't get irritated because you guys can't make Indian food well. Unprofessional responses on Google review doesn't help anything. Along with that, check your grammar and spelling. Doesn't help you professionalism at...
