American Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

I am an Atlanta native who moved to kennesaw 2 years ago. In that two year span I have frequently eaten at this location because it’s close to my apartment. Every time I’ve had the wings in the past TWO YEARS , they have been wonderful and always a nice size. I’ve never had any complaints about the size of the wings nor the service today, February 15th is the exception I paid $25 for 15 lemon pepper wings with And a drink and the wings were absolutely laughable I felt utterly disrespected Shocked because I had never experienced this at this location before. So much so that I have decided that I will no longer be returning. I could literally walk to the Kroger, which is in the same shopping center and make bigger wings than the ones that were served to me that I paid 25$ for . I have never seen wings so small that they are dwarfed by the sauce container which is able to fit in the palm of your hand when I complained I was told that that’s how small they all are Which is utterly un acceptable. Although my grievance was made. Somewhat right because I was given five extra wings. I am still not patronizing this location ever again. I drove from Fayetteville bypassing Several locations just to eat at my new favorite American deli, ( this one) And I am very disappointed. Well, it was fun while it lasted on to better...

Just placed a pickup order and…. it was absolutely terrible😂i laugh because the problem is only at this location. I see other replies where the manager says, headquarters send everyone the same quality of food but ive been to the gwinnett location a couple of times and best wings i’ve ever had literally. This location has the smallest wings and not just that, they also burn them… i think it’s crazy that a wing bone should be able to break in half so easy and that’s because it’s literally burnt. not to mention this location really doesn’t know how to portion flavor. I ask for honey hot lemon pepper sprinkle extra wet. Most times there be no sauce on them, and forget the lemon pepper because i hardly taste it at all. I suggest new chefs or something because everyone has the same thing to say about the wings....

It was American Deli or competitors for wings. Everyone said American Deli. So ran in quick for a birthday order of 50wings but changed it to 75 wings. 25 garlic parmesan 25 wet lemon pepper and 25 plain. I was soo disappointed when we got home because the wings was fried TOO HARD. It wasn't something I requested for them to do at all. They had some already cooked but sitting in the basket. The cashier went and looked because I told her I didn't want pieces of wings. So they must have gave them to me when I left the store to get more stuff for the party. No one was working on any orders at the time behind the counter. The two guys was just staying waiting.

Might go to competitors next time. Too money $$ spent for hard wings. I was excited too.
