Bergan's Timeless Treasures — Local services in Kennewick

I was very excited when i discovered this store, they had a lot of really great items and the prices were very affordable. I purchased a vase and 2 ceramic candle holders and they were placed in a brown paper bag. The items were all small and it did not weigh more than a pound if that. While walking from my car to my house the bottom of the bag opened and everything fell out and shattered. The bag wasn't torn, it was if the glue holding the bag together was old and the bag just gave out. I tried to repair the candle holders to the best of the ability but they are still covered in chips and scratches. The small pink vase was in too many pieces to repair. I took it back the next day hoping the owner would return my 7 dollar vase for some form of in store credit due to the circumstances. She refused and told me that she carries gallons of paint in these bags. I brought the bag to show her and all the pieces of the vase but she wouldn't even stop painting with her back part way turned to me in order to address my complaint. I visited Bergan's for the first time today. First impression was that everything was clean and well organized and they had beautiful music playing while we shopped. The store is filled with a wonderful collection of frames, beautiful books, unique small rugs and other little antique and vintage items. There's something for everyone in there. The owner even told us a story about one of the items in the store. I love that they know the history of the pieces they carry. Absolutely love this shop I can't wait to...

Walked in and immediately the woman had a bad attitude with me. Once inside I discovered the items were overpriced and the store was not inviting and got creepier the further you walked back into the store. Once I did find something the lady at the counter slammed my items on the counter when I went to pay. Should have walked out right then. I will never go back. Terrible experience, avoid...
