This was part of the 2025 Pub Crawl so we went here first. I liked the atmosphere and unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about it. They were severely unprepared for the crowd, which was about 30% of what the other bars had. There were only two people behind the bar so waited a LONG time in line to get our drinks. By the time we got to the counter, I realized there were people looking at a flyer still trying to figure out what drinks they wanted from the list of approved Pub Crawl bracelet drinks. I told the guy he should put the flyer up on the corner of the bar so people could know what they want by the time they get to him. He didn't seem very happy with me but the guy behind me was grateful. Of the two people, the guy only took orders, never poured a beer at all. The woman was making all of the drinks and wasn't in a hurry which resulted in ANOTHER long line to wait for your drink after you ordered. She measured out the alcohol for every drink and when she went to get cans of coke from the back, she only brought back two cans at a time. Why not have the guy taking drink orders go get the coke? It wasn't a terrible place, just obviously not in a hurry AT ALL despite the long line. We were left there by our friends and when we joined them at the other bar, we had a drink in our hand within five minutes versus the hour it took at this location. And that bar was jam packed with people, you could hardly walk in the door! The other location was the same way, drink in our hand within...
Read moreI will start off by saying that the bartender is amazing, My margarita was excellent. However, The food and service was extremely lacking. You order at the bar, so if you want any refills, Cutlery or salt and pepper, you have to go get it yourself. Which doesn’t seem like a big deal until you have to get up several times. We ordered the sausage roll, The pastry was burnt. The shepherds pie Looks nothing like what we saw on Their Instagram, The mashed potatoes have to be instant, They weren’t even slightly seasoned, the very least they should have Left it under the broiler for a second. The meat was OK, but it was just ground beef, no vegetables. The soup was just OK, we Ordered two kinds, But again we needed seasoning which we had to get from another table. No one checked on us to see how the food was, We probably would have ordered another drink if they had a wait staff, but we didn’t feel like walking up to the counter and waiting again. We won’t be back, but hopefully they take this advice to heart. At the very least, put salt and pepper...
Read moreLoved this place! 🥰 My boyfriend had an old fashion, but with a Filthy Black Cherry (like an upscale 'dirty' Manhatten, which he enjoyed). I had the Real Housewife of Downtown Kennewick. (Very refreshing and summerey.) Sad that you can't search for "restaurants" and have this place come up, because the food was outstanding! Menu was Lord of the Rings themed with second breakfast, elevensies, etc. as your choices, which was perfect for this British Pub🇬🇧🍻, that technically isn't a restaurant. We shared two apps and an entrée. Great selection of both meat, vegetarian, and pickled options to snack on. You may not get Bangers and Mash (yet), as their kitchen is small, but I think with the right business and partnering with #RedMountainKitchen across the street, these brilliant owners could host special events to feature British food classics easily. Support small business and check this...
