Red Mountain Kitchen — Restaurant in Kennewick

I have a food business and have been baking out of Red Mountain Kitchen almost weekly since January. I can't say enough wonderful things about Red Mountain and the whole family that runs it! Everyone is so accommodating and easy to work with. Very professional and always willing to work with us on whatever we need. The facility itself is fantastic! They have everything our baking business needs to operate smoothly and efficiently: equipment, baking tools, storage and refrigeration. This place is absolutely awesome! It may take folks time to totally understand the concept, but the venue affords new and experienced restauranteurs the opportunity to test a concept or try something new as their model evolves. When reviewing this place I’m cognizant that a lot of restaurants are using the commercial kitchen and pop-up space to test things out; it won’t always be perfect but it provides Entrepreneurs the opportunity to work out the kinks before they launch into prime time. I went yesterday to try out a new restaurant that will be opening soon in their own brick and mortar building. This place has several tables, and a few outdoor tables. Simple, but nice atmosphere. Very clean. It's a good business for our downtown Kennewick. Parking is minimal with a couple handicapped spots. I always buy something from the varied businesses using the kitchen.
