Bought an Xbox one, was used for 300 days paid 350$ for it and I didn't receive the game with it I was never told which version it was and found out it's a only a 500g drive, also did not receive the correct wires or controller for the consol, I am simply going to use this for a month and return it and buy a new one. Being a GM of jiffy lube a neighboring business I expected some deal since we donated 50 50% off oil change coupons to help us with cars as well as help them out at rent a center assuming they would cut us a break as well. This was not the case. After the hour it took to get my xbox and over paying a great deal I still bought the Xbox one but I would have to rate there service on these key points I believe every business should meet. When I Wanted To Test The Sound System That I Was Interested In.. Isaac Had Said "Not Too Loud Because They're A Business." Are You Serious Right Now?? You Are Telling Me They Don't Listen Or Bump When Customers Aren't Around?? From His Own Mouth He Said The System Was Really Loud. How Would They Know?? But Didn't Let Us Try It?? Bad Customer Service!! ColorTyme Was Way More Helpful Than This Business & They Had The Same System.!! Very Not Helpful! Not Professional. The Level Of Customer Service Was A 0!! Isaac Couldn't Even Let Us Know The Right Amount We Would Of Been Paying Cause He Always Changed His Numbers On...

So I didn’t rent anything from there, but someone did and used my address the workers came to my place , very aggressive , both of them giving attitude to my father who also didn’t rent anything from there and started demanding for the items that got rent out from their business, without even asking our names first, then we told them that person doesn’t live here . Still demanding the item, giving attitude to the people who live in and parked in driveway very bad. My dad told them to go away and talked to their supervisor too, they both left very mad and still having a little attitude.
