Ended a 48 hr fast by finally going to a new restaurant in town to celebrate my Canadian heritage. I usually eat low carb with a focus on huge salads with lots of protein and lots of dressing but I’ve been wanting to support this place for a long time.

Poutine Eh! is soooo good. I almost cried when I took my first bite because it reminded me of home.

I grew up in Canada but moved to the states when I was 18. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve had good poutine.

If you haven’t had poutine before, you need to. Basically if you like fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, cheese, and perfectly cooked meat then this is the place for you.

I mean you can get it with out all the meat and fancy toppings but they sure make it more fun. They even have a low carb option.

Warning: these meals are super filling. I even got one with roasted vegetables in it so it felt like a 4 course meal. And you can’t go wrong with the dessert poutines either.

Thank you for opening up in the tri cities. You are the comfort food we all needed. Poutine, Eh?

P.S I had the “Hoof & Root” and Seth had the...

Awesome experience there, good food. Appears to be ran by a family. Asked questions about a dish, the employees were incredibly helpful and insightful. They even went as far as explaining their techniques and sharing a sample. I was surprised by their willingness to share, as most won't in lieu of self interest.

The food is a little pricey for what it is, two entrees, two drinks, and a dessert ran us just barely north of $40+tip. But oh man, that food was good. Comfort food. You're probably not eating here to be healthy. Portions are large. The majority of people will definitely get two meals from an entree, possibly even three if you're a light eater.

Overall, incredibly pleased with the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Won't be my daily eat, but I'll reminisce about what I had there and make it back a few times to try more of the menu.

Oh, and the most important piece. Get the Granny. Don't question why. Just do it. Eat it first. You'll thank me and you'll...

If you're a poutine lover, this place is an absolute must-visit! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of savory gravy and fresh fries had my taste buds dancing with excitement. The menu offers a perfect blend of traditional and innovative poutine options, all made with the freshest ingredients.

The classic poutine is perfection—crispy, golden fries topped with the perfect amount of squeaky cheese curds and smothered in rich, flavorful gravy. But it's the special creations that truly set this spot apart. Whether you opt for something like the pulled pork poutine or the veggie delight, each dish is carefully crafted with bold flavors that leave you craving more.

Not to mention, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a hearty meal. If you're looking to indulge in some of the best poutine around, this is the place to be. Highly...

I was excited to see there was a poutine restaurant in the area.  The restaurant is small and has a fun vibe that fits with the theme.  I had the "veg head" and overall really enjoyed it.  It had a flavorful vegan gravy and the curds were wonderful.  Loved the vegetables that came with it- they went great with the gravy. My fries were a little soggy, but still enjoyable (and hard to avoid that with gravy on them).  My companion had the Bavarian.  They were not a fan and felt that the pretzel bites had an unpleasant soggy texture.  But they want to come here again and try something different because the menu has other delicious sounding poutines that might be more to their preference.  I will definitely come here again to experience more of the menu.  I also really appreciate that they have a vegetarian option.

We tried a few dishes on opening day and were not disappointed. The herb gravy is delicious; the tri-tip is tender and, of course, cheese curds always make me happy. We'll be back again for sure. Uodate: we've been back a few times and every time we are happy and so were our out if town guests. While takeout is good, if possible you should eat it fresh at the restaurant. It makes it even better. The cheese is a bit meltier and the fries a bit crisper when they haven't sat all the way home. They also sell some yummy treats from Canada now too. One of these days I'll finally try one of their desserts. But so far the poutine has been too good and I just couldn't leave any room for dessert.
