Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Kennewick

This morning was awful!!!!! We frequent DB at least 4-5 times a week. 9 times out of 10 we get out of the car and walk up to get our drinks. Gives us a chance to stretch our legs and more importantly usually gives you a chance to chat with our favorite broista's. This morning however, a young girl with long blond hair, roughly opens the window and instead of "hello" or "good morning" it was "there is a lot of cars in line who put in orders already so you will just have to wait" WAIT, WHAT? I'm sorry, are we not wanted. I instantly apologized and she just walked away. We left. WTH? NEVER have we been treated that rudely. Then she made sure to walk back to the window and watch us drive away with a smirk on her face looking at us. This is NOT the DB broistas we know or are used to. I would gladly come back and point her out for you. We will stick to RD 68 and Columbia Drive locations (Niko is best manager ever!!!) I think you need to rethink this other broista, she is NOT representing what DB is all about. I was visiting Kennewick to see my grandmother, who was in the hospital. During this stressful time, I was the runner for my family, picking up food and drinks. I stopped in at this Dutch Bros. location [I have only been to Dutch Bros. twice before] to pick up coffee for the family. Everyone was exceptionally polite and helpful, while I fumbled with the menu and they were very busy. When I pulled up to pay, the guy at the register was making small talk with me and found out why I picking up such a large coffee order. He stopped to talk to me about our family situation and gave some great advice, all while juggling a busy order load. He then purchase one of my drinks for my family. I wish I could share my experience with this location although as I tried to call them multiple multiple times before arriving to the location here that I had to walk across town to get to the lady turned me away after because of 2 minutes of after closing just not a very freaking coffee like friendship kind of thing to do it's just really the way that you understand the world today and how people are because nobody's out for helping others they're all about themselves I suggest not going to this location of Dutch Bros coffee and choosing another better location that gives good discounts up the way in front of econo Lodge I don't know the name of it Thank you very much I'll have a very unsatisfying evening now because I'm very parched and I don't have my...
