Some of the cashiers here are very dismissive and just kinda slump around. There are some that treat everyone very well and are willing to talk about the products, while others just seem to want to get you in and out as fast as possible. I have bought many mods from this place, and almost all of them fall short. Now, I blame myself maybe for picking the wrong ones to feed my addiction, but having an absolute zero return policy on every single product is ridiculous, in my opinion, even when the vape itself doesn't work that well. We can chalk that up to manufacturers producing sub-par devices, but if a store is gonna continue to sell these sub-par products, they should understand and accept when a paying customer wants to return them or even trade them out for something at a similar price. I'm giving this place a 2 star rather than a one because it's not the worst place I've been to, some (though not a lot) of the staff seem to actually care about the customer and their money, and they do have a large selection of items; this place loses 3 stars due to a general lack of employee morale, the horrible zero return/swap policy, and the continuation of selling sub-par products (they know they suck, the employees there even agree, I'm looking at you SMOK). I know my little 2-star review is drowned out in the sea of others, but this place seriously needs to take a step back and understand that wasting anywhere from 50-100 dollars on products they have ZERO chance of getting their money back on, even when the product itself is faulty, can cause a lot of stress and disdain. If i buy a faulty product again and have to hear "Oh yeah.. sorry.. there's not much I can do for you!" one more time, my head is going to burst. The women had no idea what I was talking about, she tried to grab my vape out of my hand on more then one occasion. Which I have no idea why since I told her exactly what I needed I even pulled my old tip out of my pocket and set it on the counter. She then proceeded to get an attitude when she realized she didnāt have a answer. She then walks in the back and comes out with 1 other female and then 1 walks up from the other counter, so now there is 3 women confused and pissed, they again tried to grab my vape and I pulled, why would you just try to grab someoneās stuff before asking, itās kinda weird⦠Now they are getting loud and starting to use there body along with there voice so you know they are mad. During this whole interaction I was very calm and talking with a normal tone even laughing at times. After they became mad they decided they didnāt want to deal with me and just told me where there accessoryās were. I laughed and said āgreat customer service and gave them a thumbs up, I then went to the display found my tip pointed it out all the while was being met with a attitude. Went there for the 1st time yesterday. It was 9:45pm (they close at 10pm). So yes my bad for going to the store 15 minutes before it closed. The rude, unkind, disrespectful, very ANGRY older, lady with tattoos on her neck and all over. ( about 5ā5? She was taller than I. Only cuz I was so unhappy with her within a matter of 30-45s of entering the joke!!!! Being that I had gotten my eyes dilated yesterday, I had a hard time being able to see and focus my eyesight. She legit had me go and look for it on these hideous looking shelves!!! Thatās when I started to lose it. She aggressively opened the GLASS case and then grabbed the ONE. ONE!!!!! Item needed. Then aggressively shut the glass case, walked up to the till and then proceeded to think she was going to get me⦠lmao⦠āyes of course I have my IDā. So the taller guy was there not doing ANYTHING.
