NEW UPDATE : I just called and spoke with them and they are just so amazing. The assitsnt manager lady noticed the charges mistake the next day but had no way of contacting me so she had been trying everything she can on her end to fix it, even if it means just giving me back my money in cash which I greatly appreciate but I live in hermiston not Kennewick so she is going to talk with the manager about how they can fix it but now they have my name and phone number so it can be fixed. This is truly amazing service and then some. Most places would not put this much effort into refunding someone so this place definitely exceeds my expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and all because of the assistant manager. Thank you. Next time I'm in tricities for dinner, definitely going back to round table because I know I'll get great food and amazing service.
Update: After checking my credit card balance last night I saw that I was charged twice for this one visit. If we can get this fixed and my money refunded, I will gladly give 5 stars again. They were supposed to cancel the first order they put into the system and therefore reverse the charge because the lady had to put the entire order in again because her boss said that all customers that day were supposed to get a discount if they came in with their father's, which I thought hey that's cool but now I was charged almost $300 for one visit because they did not cancel the first charge. I will be calling the store as soon as they open and hopefully they can fix this because I do enjoy their food but if they don't fix this then they will have lost a customer forever. Went here with my parents for Father's Day, I had my dad pick where he wanted to go for dinner and this is one of his fav places. The pizza was really good, staff were very friendly and attentive. And of course the kiddos loved the arcade, plenty of room for the toddlers to run around back there while keeping them contained in that one room. Very family friendly...
Read moreSo disappointing to write this review, because I honestly love their pizza, and think it tastes the best in town. But they are also the most chintzy and money hungry in town. So, my family just doesn't like sausage on our pizza. If you order online, and you want to trade sausage for tomatoes you are charged more than $3! So, you take a more expensive ingredient for a lesser cost one and they want to CHARGE you despite saving $??
2nd, there was this really awesome manager there, an Asian gal. I'd gone in to pick up the pizza quite a while ago, and explained my frustration with this. She told me to just call and ask her, and she'd take care of us. We were spending $50-$100 a month on pizza there. I called and asked for her and was told she wasn't there any more. So...
Told the employee what she used to do for us, and he said he couldn't do that and put a manager on the phone, who proceeded to explain they don't and won't do that. So, we have just decided we can't and won't support this idiocy. Go ahead and try it yourself... ask to remove meat for onions or something, they will save money if you do that but charge you $3 to save them cash. They just sacrificed roughly $1,000 a year in business from my family, to make $3 extra for swapping out a topping.
The last time we ordered there we called and explained that the pizza was poorly made and sorely lacking the toppings we had become accustomed to, and the manager argued with me saying he made it himself and knows how to make their pizzas to perfection.
This all happened more than 9 months ago, and we have gone from ordering pizza there 2 to 3 times a month at what is usually $35-$50 each order, to quite literally not having purchased pizza here in almost a year. They had the 1 amazing manager, the other guy though (if still there) is horrible. Has no interest in the customer. It's sad, great food, but we can't give this place more than 1 star based...
Read moreWe reserved a spot for a getaway party for our good friends. Our spot was open, so it was nice to have what was promised. When we arrived we moved tables to make a long table for the guests, and the employees were completely fine with it, which was very convenient. My problem was, the pizza we ordered for my dad, sister, and me. We ordered the ultimate meat pizza, which was around $25 for a large. The time was absurd! We were the first people there and somehow, we were served last! It took at least 40 minutes to make, and I was not impressed with the quality neither. The crust was a little burnt and on the thin side, but not absurdly thin. The meat was good, I would not consider it ultimate, but they had delicious meat, it is hard to mess that up. But overall, the pizza was unimpressive. I love pizza, usually taking and consuming at least three, but the taste of this pizza gave me no drive to eat more than two. I only had a second because of the price! As for the drinks, they were average. The soda machine was pretty limited, but they tasted nice and cold, nothing above average expectations. The bathrooms were nice, pretty clean, and had a decent amount of openings for people who needed to use the restroom. The arcade was lacking a variety of machines, but it was excusable because of the size. I did not like the cleanliness of the back room though, it did not have a comfortable clean environment. There was not piled trash, but it could use an air refresher. Or a vacuum. But overall, I came here for my friend, and the pizza, especially the pizza (it is a pizza place afterall) and the pizza was below my not high...
