I have been shopping at Festival since they opened on my side of town so a couple years now. Most days I have had good experiences. However on my son's birthday at the end of May of this year, I was searching after work on a Saturday in 90° weather for a store or place that had the original ice cream cake and someone working in the bakery to write Happy Birthday and his age and name. This was the day before my son's birthday. No biggie, so I thought.. I would have already gotten his cake but when I went to Pick N Save the bakery had already left for the day. So I called Festival and spoke with someone in the bakery and he said "we don't have ice cream cake but you can go buy one somewhere and bring it in and we'll put his name on it" so I drove to Meijer and bought the ice cream cake and they didn't have anyone working that could write his name on it so I brought it home and then an hour later I drove the cake in the hot heat and called again before leaving and a lady answers and said ok and so I continue inside and they denied me because I didn't buy the cake there. The bakery dept was so rude after I was told by two people that it's okay and I can come in because they didn't even have any ice cream cakes so that's why it was okay but then they denied me and they couldn't even write my son's name on for his birthday. This was for my child, not for me. It's for a childs birthday. I spoke to a manager and still denied. This left a foul taste in my mouth for those people....

one of the worst customer service experiences me and my wife have ever had. we always go to festival spending more than $300 a month but recently noticed the discrimination we’ve been receiving. we were ordering from the deli and apparently it weighed out a little over a pound and we didn’t understand when the lady told us that if it meant we pay extra or what and either the biggest attitude she said it means it’s over a pound just so rude. we recently lost an iphone and a lady came up to us asking if we lost and iphone and my wife asks if it was a pink case. coincidentally, she said yes so we were like wow we’ve been searching for it. we go up to customer service and ask about it and they brought out a phone that did have a pink case but wasn’t ours. the lady we asked for help was very rude as if she was trying to suggest we were trying to steal it but like how would we even know about a phone with a pink case missing, we did not know of the lady that had lost it before an employee approached us about it. then me and my wife were talking about how it was crazy we lost a pink phone too and she rudely says “well i just confirmed that was hers so” of course, we immediately saw it wasn’t my wife’s phone and let them know and she still treated us like this. i believe we were discriminated against because we are a biracial couple and many of the workers...

This is my favorite grocery store in Kenosha, it is about as expensive as piggly wiggly or pick n save but the deli is not only extensive, everything is home made in store. They have a free day care center that will watch your kids while you shop, they have a post office AND It's literally faster to go there than the actual post office. They have a North Shore bank branch with extended hours (which just so happens to be my bank), a pharmacy, a dry cleaners and they even have a free room with tables and chairs which is also free to use. Besides all these amenities they use high quality materials for their bags and containers they use in their deli and bakery (which is also excellent, I ordered my Son's Fortnite birthday cake 1 day in advance and not only were they able to accommodate me it looked great and was a delicious vanilla cake with a strawberry filling (that actually had real strawberries in it...not just glaze) and whipped cream frosting made to my specifications for 1/3 rd of the price of most bakeries... Even other grocery stores. This store in my top 3 favorite stores and I frequent...

Festival Foods is a grocery store is that has locations in many areas I finally. They have a fantastic produce section with all types of different produce. They have a vegetarian gluten-free organic section of the store which is fantastic to will keep products that you need there. They have a great meat selection and Seafood. Their deli section is really fantastic not only do they have the regular jelly items with the meats and salads but they also have prepared foods like meatloaf tamales chicken wings pot pies, prime rib cama vegetables mashed potatoes beef and gravy turkey and gravy and sushi. They also have prepackaged Deli items such as meatloaf and mashed potatoes or chicken fried steak and macaroni and cheese or dinners with entree and vegetable and mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. It's a great place to just stop in and pick up a little something to eat. Everyday they have a special in the deli we can look on their website for what their specials are on those days on holidays they offer the individual servings of the dinners or you can buy a complete dinner for a family.ji

Festival Foods is an awesome store and one that does have a great selection of products all around. Parking - Special senior citizen and military veteran parking spots are a great thing to have Service has always been great here and on the most recent visit I met the fastest cashier I've ever seen who knew products off the top of her head for produce codes typing things in with a quickness. She still was extremely friendly and conversational while being able to focus on the task at hand. Festival has a great bakery section and I recommend stopping at the bakery counter to see what specialty items they made that day. The recent visit had angel food cake with lemon and cream, this was just awesome! Tried a cream puff as well and while the plan was to split these things it was certainly hard to stop at half of either one of them! You can't go wrong with their grocery store at all, they have a great alcohol selection, great deli, meat counter, the whole store is great with good prices!

Festival foods, Kenosha 80th street. So basically, every time you go in there. All the employees are mean. Faced unhappy to work the Post Office area. I always have problems I stand at the Post Office area spot. Nobody helps me customers keep cutting on the surface desk area. They need their lottery tickets. And I just needed a stamp. Understandable, but after they all cut me, it's pretty unacceptable that the employees allow things like that to happen. And apparently, if you're packaged is one little ounce over. They're going to deny your package. Well, that's what I was told. But if I go to a different post office, they'll do their job and fix the postage for you, and you'll just pay there. Put for some reason, some employees just tell you. Random things cause they don't wanna do their job. It's kinda like bringing your cart in after you use it. I will just schedule your postman to pick up the packages from now on. Then instead of me bring them in.
