Burger King — Restaurant in Kenosha

I went yesterday for the king of burgers and the overall experience was sub par at best. I wanted to give this location a try knowing that the other location has disappointed me in the past I was hoping for better but alas, the quest continues for good BK because when it done right it's a really good quick burger.

Service - I felt a bit like an inconvenience as a customer and that's never a good thing. Front of house employees seemed too busy for myself and the one other gentleman that came in just before I did.

Food - I actually love Burger King Whoppers but for some reason this one didn't have the flavor that is normally in the burger itself. It was a strange experience because I know they are flame broiled but this didn't taste that way, maybe the recipe has changed overall. I also had a couple things removed when I ordered from the sandwich but when I received the burger they were there prompting my removal of them. The fries were ok but nothing really to get excited about & I purposely went near peak time to ensure optimum fry/burger time but somehow neither were hot. FLITHY, DIRTY OIL/KITCHEN, WRONG ORDER/CHARGES, FOOD POISONING. Employees are lazy, do not pay attention while you are ordering & will get your order wrong 100% of the time in the drive-thru while making you wait pull forward for 30 minutes. I was charged incorrectly twice, given the wrong order after it was verbally confirmed twice which made the girl in the drive-thru window get unprofessionally upset at other employees. After noticing to incorrect charges and order I noticed that the nuggets were extremely dark. When I asked an employee their response was “the oil we fry in is dirty and needs to be changed” this is a very big health concern and someone is going to get seriously sick from the lack of cleanliness and lack of care from employees. The health department needs to audit this location and to a serious inspection and corporate needs to reevaluate and train their employees. I swear every time we go there, there is always something wrong! Every single time but don't try to complain cause then all you will get is nasty attitude, this place S U C K S!! Our most receint experience....after taking a few bites of a whopper, I pull out a long a** hair from my mouth!! NO JOKE! I call to complain yet again, their response..."You have to bring in the food and the hair" WTF!?!?! What am I suppose to do, wrap someones nasty piece of hair around my finger and bring it in!?!?!
