This is my 3rd encounter with this manager. She sounds polite but is dismissive and condescending. Today I placed an order online and I go in and the lady behind me was asked if she could be helped she I had to wave at her so she would acknowledge me. She said oh sorry how can I help you? I say hi I placed an order online, she cuts me off and says you can wait over there and dismissively points to the end of the counter. I look at her and tell her I wasn't finished speaking. She says oh ok. I tell her I ordered online but I didn't want wings with my order. She asked what I ordered and looked at the screen and said oh that's gonna be awhile. When we get to it I'll tell them n immediately starts speaking to the women she tried to initially ignore me for. I should have written then the first time she was rude, or the second, but I guess third time's the charm. Any way so I go inside to wait because my option was to go back through the drive-thru wait in the parking lot or come in. I decide to go in and I kind of wish I hadn't because this place was absolutely filthy inside food under every single table and I'm not exaggerating. . Read moreThe food at this KFC is fine. Dining room is in need of updating, but still okay. It wasn't at all busy inside. We witnessed only four orders being placed while there. Out of those four orders, the staff was batting 1,000. Four of four orders were fouled up in one way or another. On two orders, they shorted the customer part of their order. One customer was shortchanged when he paid by cash. On our order, after we returned to our booth, we discovered that the young man who took our order neglected to ring up our drinks.
