Today I went to Top Mufflers for the first time . I didn’t know what to expect considering I’m located in Virginia . Upon arrival, I was welcomed with excellent custom service, to say the least . Within the first 10 seconds of walking in the store I was greeted ! In no time at all, my car car was rolled onto the lift. But before starting, the mechanic got to know me and my style to help gather information and guide him to what I’d be looking for. After briefly conversing, he revised what the plan was to make sure it was what I wanted and would result into something that looked phenomenal and sound proper. As we started the exhaust installation process, he would check with me to make sure I was fine with what he was doing and with adjustments he’d recommended making. They allowed me to observe everything the mechanic was doing . It was easy to say, this was definitely the man’s passion because of the detail and care displayed into the craftsmanship . After everything was all said and done. He revised his work and made sure everything was presentable, evenly and properly fitted, and that clearance level from the ground wouldn’t be a dilemma. They asked me about my preference on how far I’d want the exhaust tips to stick out and I told them I’d trust their judgment. After the car was now on the ground, they let the car warm up. Once warm, they presented the exhaust notes by stepping on the throttle a bit to make sure it was to my likings . I was more than pleased . It’s safe to say that you’re definitely receiving high quality service , products, and skill when coming here. I will definitely be telling all my car enthusiast friends about this place. Definitely worth the travel and every penny .

Fernando at Top Mufflers is an absolute pleasure to work with. When I originally called no one picked up my call, but I appreciate that he followed up on his missed call and was able to touch base with me.

I desperately needed some help with my exhaust and the prices of some of these shops were ridiculous [$300+]. After having a 5 minute conversation with Fernando he was able to give me a ballpark price that I was comfortable with. His professional expertise and experience really showed when he was able to communicate and give me a cost figure over the phone. When I arrived he was very attentive and openly commutative with expectation and even revealed some work that should be done while the car was on the lift.

I felt comfortable enough to move forward with the decision and would highly recommend Top Mufflers for anyone needing exhaust work.

I recently ran into an object on a highway and ended up with a damaged flexible pipe of the exhaust system. Spoke with a gentleman at Top muffler and explained the damage and I was quoted a price for the replacement needed. I asked if I can be accommodated the same day and gave a time I can be there and I was asked to bring the vehicle. Once I got there, I spoke with the same person who I spoke over the phone and I was told that they will inspect the damage and provide me the actual cost to fix. Took my car in immediately and within 15 mins I was told it can be done then and there and quoted exact cost while I wait for about 45 mins for the installation. The cost for the work was half of what some other place provided me and I got the job done.
