There is an unmistakable tension between the hispanic sous chefs and the main guy back there (Friday) which some may not care about. I am not trying to sound too woke and liberal. I am a foodie. In the style of nothing being hidden, somebody needs to take a joy class, or at least see it as good for business IMHO. I used to serve food in a monastery so I realize the bar is set high for me, but we would let the Donny and Debby Downers take the night off if they brought this energy into the kitchen.

First off the restaurant itself is brand new and soo clean!! I Ordered the steak hibachi meal - you get large portions and the food looks amazing. The noodles were thing like spaghetti, kind of sweet and a little bit on the bland side. the veggies were average, about what you’d expect to get at a mall food court Asian spot. The beef wasn’t anything special but it was cooked nicely and had good flavor. Overall, If you are in the mood for quick hibachi while in Kensington this is the place. I’ve ordered from this habachi express multiple times for lunch. I’ve mentioned it to coworkers and all of them always complement the food. All I can say is that this place never disappoints. The food is good price, quality, and you get what you pay for. I always have leftovers although I wish I can finish it all at one time .
