Crisp & Juicy — Restaurant in Kensington

I can say I’m a regular costumer in this kensington location I go once o twice every week , everything was fine with the service but lately I would say in the past month their costumer service sucks , they have two ladies packing and giving orders that really don’t know what they’re doing last time I was there I order to go and everyone ordering after me where getting there food first aven do I got the easiest order 1/4 of chicken rice and fries, really simple I waited more then 30 min and ask one of the ladies that what was going on with my order she said she was waiting for fries when they where giving orders with fries so I keep waiting, then after another 10 min I ask again to the other lady and she went to check they didn’t even acknowledge my order so I was like then why would the other lady tell me she was waiting for fries 🙄🤔, long story short they where messing up even in pick up orders I heard two costumers complain while I was there . I don’t think I be going back any time soon , just go for other options like don pollo o pollo Rico I have never had any issues. Hopefully they pay more attention so they don’t lose any...

This is the best, most delicious Latino/Hispanic Chicken place in the area. There are several Crisp & Juicys in the area, but this Kensington one has the most tasty potato salad of all. Well seasoned, fresh, with a few marinated onions (pieces long enough that if onions are not your thing, they are easy to remove; but if you like onions, they just add to the whole experience), frozen mixed veggies for fun variety (little peas, carrots, green beans).

Their chimichurri sauce is balanced, packed with flavor, fresh herbs, and just the right spice to be exciting without overehelming milder palates.

The chicken is always tasty, juicy. (I tend to strip the bones and add them to a pot of broth for chicken soup; that adds to another dish.
