While they have great products and do an excellent job of maintaining the furniture that they have, the service is not highly professional. I bought an IKEA dining room table from them, paid for it, and they delivered it and set it up. A week later they brought up a new charge for delivery and set up. Why wasn’t I charged for delivery and set up fee when they delivered it and set it up? Super unfortunate to have to write a review like this since I would have otherwise returned to look at more furniture but oh well.
