I had two beautiful rings that were too small for my daughter and I. I reached out to Regen at Alloyed Earth and booked a consult to see if we could size them up. Given the bands on the rings, I was worried that they would be a barrier. At the consult, Regen sized our fingers and assured us that she could size them appropriately. Regen is professional, informative, friendly and excited about the work she does. Her customer service and assurance made us excited to work with her. I decided to have her clean my wedding set. Luckily, she was able to see that two diamonds on my band were loose and she could fix them. She also asked if I wanted to solder my set together and explained the benefits, so I agreed. When I picked up the rings I was so impressed. My wedding set is stunningly clean, sparkling and gorgeous. Regen explained that I am now able to get two free cleanings a year!! I finally get to wear my new ring now that it fits. And it fits perfectly. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Regen and her work! I went to her with a few different needs/requests and she knocked it all out of the park. She’s repaired a ring, reset different pieces, made me a custom ring, and helped me with some custom work. I have some sentimental jewelry that was passed down from relatives. I didn’t love the pieces as is and felt bad that they just sat in my drawer. Regen helped me figure out what I wanted, designed, and made it happen.
