I am constantly disappointed with the service at this location of Starbucks. I understand low staffing, but there needs to be some sort of communication within the staff, and with the customers. The hours of operation constantly varies and inconsistent, half of the staff is not very friendly and passive aggressive, and the lobby is constantly closed with only access to the drive through. I believe a business should not be operating when they do not allow access to the full amenities. Today I put in my mobile order, which I do almost every morning to ensure I make it to my morning job on time, and the lobby was closed, and I was unable to get my coffee that I paid for, and was not able to wait in the drive through line in fear that I would be late for work. Even when I put in mobile orders I still end up waiting for my drink after arrival. I wish there was a better communication beforehand so I am not having spending my money on products that I cannot access. I am trying to be understating of low staffing and work place issues, but when it effects effective customer service, then I find myself upset and...
Read moreUnfortunately the lobby is literally never open. I order from the app to save time in the long drive thru line only to arrive to the store and have to wait 30 mins (literally) because the doors are locked and traffic is completely down the street. Then by the time I get to the drive thru window to pick up my order, everything is cold. This exact scenario has happened no less than 10 times. They need to set the lobby to closed on the app if they aren’t opening it that day (they can do this and have done it before). I specifically order from the app to save time before work because the length of the lines. I’ve even had to ditch my order a couple of times. I get it. First world problems. Just annoying. If they just set the lobby to closed on the app, I’d just skip ordering that day and happily return another time before work.
The staff are friendly and polite. It’s just poorly ran in the way of the lobby situation. Make proper signage so patrons know it’s closed before parking their car and walking up to a locked door and show in the app that the lobby is closed that day. That’s it...
Read moreInteresting interaction with the Female cashier at the drive through window. She said her name was Danny Roman. I came through around 2:50 I wanted a caramel iced latte with xtra caramel. When I got to the window she had a Hot coffee. I told her I ordered an Iced coffee. She told me that it was ordered as a hot coffee and that for the next time I need to read the screen to make sure it’s right. They didn’t ask me if I wanted it hot or iced. Assuming they heard me I didn’t double check to make sure they’re doing their job right and getting my coffee right. Secondly I have bad eye sight and didn’t have my glasses. Something “danny” would say is next time make sure you have your glasses on. This is not customer service. I know that and Starbucks knows that. “Danny” needs to know this. Number one thing in customer service. You do not tell the customer how to be a better customer. So I’m giving it one star. - I got out of line and went inside so I wouldn’t hold it up and the lady inside who I did not get her name, she definitely made up for the experience. So...
